First floor unit in a quiet and convenient location--just a short stroll or ride in the golf cart to the beach (2 blocks) and only minutes to shopping and entertainment--and 'lots' of golf courses to choose from.
Ocean Keyes is a gated community with swimming pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, fitness room, BBQ grills, walk/bike path connected to the city-wide walk/bike path.
Built in 2005, this condo has granite countertops, spacious bedrooms, berber carpeting, a fully-stocked kitchen, fridge with ice maker, smooth top range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, three cable TV's, DVD & VCR, a four-person dining room table plus two seats at the breakfast bar.
Both bedrooms have queen beds plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet. The condo is beautifully decorated in yellow, red and blue--See pictures below. This is a non-smoking unit.
Weekly/Monthly rentals available--no nightly rentals--See rates below. Bed linens, towels and cleaning fees are included in the rates. Please check the calendar below or contact us for availability and book your vacation now! Keys will be mailed to you so please allow at least one week to receive them. Stayed at this condo with my three children summer 2010. It was fantastic. Extremely clean, very well equipped, air conditioned with a lower level entrance. Parking at the door. The pool was nice and clean and just steps away. A BBQ at your door, which there was never line ups for. Walking distance to beach and a golf cart system that we loved!! The owners are very nice and curtious, had everything ready and set up for us on time. We would highly recommend this condo and its owners, extremely pleasant experience and yes, we will be heading back next summer!! Thanks!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this unit in Aug. 2006. We were so pleased! The unit is gorgeous and clean. The screened porch overlooks a pool and courtyard, just steps away from the condo - a great place to enjoy a meal and conversation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was a washer and dryer, DVD player, alarm clock and 3 TVs. It was located just two blocks from the beach and just around the corner from tons of shops and food. It was wonderful. The owners are people of their word and made our stay quite enjoyable. We would definitely stay with them again.
