The SBR is an excellent resort for a relaxing trip and we offering comfortable accommodations and convenient facilities. Plus FREE hi-speed Internet, FREE phone call to United States and Canada.

We are located on a quiet 6 miles White sand beach, no road to cross; And only 9 miles from Kahului airport. Guests arriving with their own transportation can avail of convenient free parking facility on-site.

Our condo is Beach front with great Ocean View - whale watching from lanai! Snorkel with turtles in the beautiful coral reef next to the Condo.

The Crow’s Nest (Unit #501) is named for its great views of Maalaea Bay, Molokini, Kahoolawe Island, Haleakala National Park, the Valley, Kealia Pond and the West Maui Mountains.

The side window makes this beach-front one bedroom, condominium light and bright. And the Central air conditioning ensures your comfort.

The property boasts comfortable room and equipped with more than standard amenities. The only thing missing is food, but there are plenty of grocery stores around to meet that need -- there is a Costco in Kahului, as well as a Safeway, a Food Land, a Star Market, and Farmer’s market at Kihei.

During leisure, you can relax at the sauna, spa, pool or walk around the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and by the beach.

Reservation & cancellation Policy: We ask for a $200 per/week deposit to reserve for you. The balance is due 60 days prior arrival date. Reservation is refundable, less a $200 cancellation fee. We would apply it to your future rental with us. If cancellation is less 60 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained.

  • My wife and I stayed in the Crow's Nest in early May 2009. We wanted a place that was on the beach and close to Wailea and Lahaina. We found it at Sugar Beach Resort. Shinmei provides everything you need. The condo is well appointed, clean, and updated. The view from the Lanai is perfect. We would watch sea turtles every morning. The pool and hot tub are well kept, as are the grounds. Sugar Beach is right out front and great for jogging or walking. There is some noise from the road during rush hour time, but we were never in the condo for very long and out in the water or by the pool. There is also a nice guest concierge who will help line up activities to do around the island. All in all, the resort is perfectly located on the isalnd which allowed us to explore all aspects of the island in a short distance. I would recommend Sugar Beach Resort and the Crow's Nest to anyone.

    Thank you for opening your beautiful condo to us. We had everything we needed, the weather was perfect and the condo is in the perfect spot for visiting all of Maui. We wake up early every morning and jogged on the beach. Weather we headed to Lahaina or Wailea / Makena or even road to Hana, it is so close to Sugar Beach! We will be back!

  • A friend and I stayed in the Crow's nest for 7 days/nights (7/16-7/23)...and altho there was no A/C due to rennovations, I have NO regrets. This condo is perfect!!! Everything you can imagine needing will be found somewhere in this unit. The owner is very gracious and accomadating and will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Sugar Beach is centrally located and close to the main roads so getting to different locations is a breeze. The beach out front was never crowded which was a bonus. (If you want crowded beaches, you can always drive a few miles down the road.) The resort grounds are kept immaculantly clean and it's very quiet. I already miss sitting out on the lanai and listening to the ocean. Altho we booked most of our activities on-line before arriving, the resort has an activities office on the ground as well as a store and little bar. I was a little worried about the bar (noise), but it was NEVER an issue. I highly recommend staying here...and I will most definately be back in the future!!!

    We had A great time in Maui. We went out on The Pride of Maui. It was great. Also recommend Bubba Gumps in Lahaina. This unit was very comfortable and we hope to be back next year.
