We stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Never been to Hawaii before and this place made our first trip great. It isn't huge, but it is wonderful. The directions to the place were perfect and the checkin directions were excellent as well. The condo is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The lanai has a good view and privacy. The kitchen is well equipped; really loved having the waffle iron. There are lots of beach towels and other items you need for Hawaii. The beach was beautiful. Safeway, Foodland and Times Market are all close. We went to Safeway, joined their loyalty program and saved quite a bit. This is a good location for going anywhere on the island. The owner was wonderful to work with and had chocolates in our room upon arrival. There was nothing negative about this rental experience.

This was our first trip to Maui and we had a wonderful time. Crow's Nest was the perfect location for us to do all the things we wanted to do. starting the mornings with coffee on the lanai and finishing our day on the lanai with a drink.

This is our first stay at Sugar Beach Resort, we loved it! The Crow's Nest is great and we were so comfortable here. We are sad to be leaving but look forward to our next trip to Sugar Beach Resort.

Second time staying at your condo. Had a wonderful time, great location and great view. Long walks on beautiful beach. AC is great, so is the pool and hot tub. Bed is very comfy and decor is great. Hope to come back to beautiful Maui next year.

Thank you so much for the Crow's Nest. Everything is so amazing in this condo. The bed, the shower, the appliances, the view, the balcony, the pools, the AC, the convenience and excitement.... everything is just PERFECT!. Without the Crow's Nest, we wouldn't rejuvenate fast enough for every exciting day!!

We had a wonderful week in Maui and staying in this condo unit. It is very comfortable, is very centrally located to most locations on Maui, and had lot of extra's (like beach towels, boogie board, snorkel equip., cooler...etc). Shinmei is very nice to work with and very quick to answer your e-mails or messages. We would definately stay here again. The grounds are very clean and nicely landsaped. The balcony is great for morning coffee. The pool looked very nice but we preferred being in the ocean which is just steps away. Thanks Shinmei!!

We had a wonderful time in your condo. It got beautiful ocean view and provided everything we needed for 6-day stay. Suger beach is right next to the condo. We enjoyed watching sunset and sat in the hot tub at night. We will come back and stay there again.

My wife and I stayed in the Crow's Nest in early May 2009. We wanted a place that was on the beach and close to Wailea and Lahaina. We found it at Sugar Beach Resort. Shinmei provides everything you need. The condo is well appointed, clean, and updated. The view from the Lanai is perfect. We would watch sea turtles every morning. The pool and hot tub are well kept, as are the grounds. Sugar Beach is right out front and great for jogging or walking. There is some noise from the road during rush hour time, but we were never in the condo for very long and out in the water or by the pool. There is also a nice guest concierge who will help line up activities to do around the island. All in all, the resort is perfectly located on the isalnd which allowed us to explore all aspects of the island in a short distance. I would recommend Sugar Beach Resort and the Crow's Nest to anyone.

Thank you for opening your beautiful condo to us. We had everything we needed, the weather was perfect and the condo is in the perfect spot for visiting all of Maui. We wake up early every morning and jogged on the beach. Weather we headed to Lahaina or Wailea / Makena or even road to Hana, it is so close to Sugar Beach! We will be back!

A friend and I stayed in the Crow's nest for 7 days/nights (7/16-7/23)...and altho there was no A/C due to rennovations, I have NO regrets. This condo is perfect!!! Everything you can imagine needing will be found somewhere in this unit. The owner is very gracious and accomadating and will bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. Sugar Beach is centrally located and close to the main roads so getting to different locations is a breeze. The beach out front was never crowded which was a bonus. (If you want crowded beaches, you can always drive a few miles down the road.) The resort grounds are kept immaculantly clean and it's very quiet. I already miss sitting out on the lanai and listening to the ocean. Altho we booked most of our activities on-line before arriving, the resort has an activities office on the ground as well as a store and little bar. I was a little worried about the bar (noise), but it was NEVER an issue. I highly recommend staying here...and I will most definately be back in the future!!!

Our family of 4 stayed at the Crow's Nest for 10 nights in February. This condo met all of our needs to a tee and was home base for the best vacation we have ever had! The location is perfect - right on the beach (WAY closer than it even appears in the pictures) and central to everything on the island. They provide beach mats and chairs, huge beach towels, and all of the kitchen amenities you could possibly need. The unit is very clean with new flooring, beautiful living room and bedroom furnishings, and the most comfy futon ever! We spent every morning having coffee on the spacious lanai, watching the wales play (amazing!The view from the lanai is also MUCH better than the pictures show)) and then would go for a walk on the 6 mile stretch of beach and search for sea shells. . The washer and drier were a real bonus as well. We have done a lot of research on the internet and checked out a few places while we were on Maui, and we really feel that Sugar Beach Resort (and the Crow's Nest in particular) offer the best value for your dollar. The free internet access was also a big bonus as it was a much more cost effective way to keep in touch with family than via telephone. It also allowed us to e-mail pictures to the poor folks stuck in the snow back home! We should also mention that the resort itself is kept meticulously clean and that the landscaping and groundskeeping is outstanding. Also, make use of the staff at the Maui Sights and Treasures shop in the lobby - they are so friendly and helpful, and they do a great job of helping you find your way around the island and helping you to figure out the best excursions to meet the specific needs of your family. I could go on forever, but I'll just sum it up by saying that if you are looking for a GREAT place to stay at a very reasonable price you can't do better than the Crow's Nest! We'll definitely be back. Aloha!
