This house is located in the Award Winning Ocean Lakes Family Resort of Myrtle Beach with an approximate three-minute walk to the beach. We are on SHARKSTOOTH LANE - SITE 1237.
This is a gated community with 24-hour security. There is a beautiful view of Sand Dollar Lake both inside and outside the house. Inquire early to rent this comfortable three bedroom, two and a half bath beautifully decorated beach house. Family room and Hall has hardwood floor.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bath. The first level guest bedroom has a full-size bed with hall bath. The bedroom upstairs is unique in that it is a spacious dormitory type room with four twin beds and a half bath. There is a TV/DVD and large storage area for your luggage etc.
The kitchen, with lovely maple cabinets,is fully equipped and you can also use the gas grill on the parking level. The family room is comfortable with a TV/VCR/DVD. Telephone service is available for local calls only.
For your convenience, upon returning from the beach, there is a private hot and cold shower on the parking level. There is also a gas grill and swing on the parking level.
The house has a large front porch with a lovely view of the lake.
Ocean Lakes is the largest full service resort on the east coast with a mile long beach. Everything is inclusive, including a large country store, snack bars, indoor and outdoor pools, Putt-Putt, Shuffleboard, basketball, observation deck, video arcade and 17,000 square feet recreation building which is also used for non-denominational services on Sunday, entertainment and Bingo. There is also entertainment at the gazebo by the snack bar, including Karaoke.
A ten mile per hour speed limit is strictly enforced by security. A Golf Cart is not furnished. Golf carts can be rented thru Ocean Lakes Rentals. A $3 per day parking fee is charged by Ocean Lakes payable upon checking in at the main office.
Rental info: Towels, bed linens, all paper products, toilet soap and maid service not provided. Renter is to leave the house as clean as it was on check-in. We do not rent to unmarried groups 25 years old and under. No smoking or pets allowed. The house will be inventoried upon check-out.
