Tucked in the swell of a hill this cottage has a 270 degree view of the surrounding hills dotted with oak trees. It is part of a 500 acre ranch near Boonville known as The Other Place. On this 500 acres you can hike to incredible vistas of the Anderson Valley and swim in the pond.

This recently built cottage seems to be one big window into this beautiful countryside...with all the human comforts taken into account: wood-burning stove, romantic bathroom and a large bedroom with a window framing an old sheep barn and the lone buckeye tree on the knoll...so named "The Buckeye".
