The large lawn in front of the house brings freshness; a 2nd lawn surrounds the barbecue.
By the swimming pool, a mulberry tree allows to protect yourself from the sun at the Pastis or nap time.
The veranda, equipped with a summer kitchen, overlooks the pool. It is always a fresh place allowing you to protect yourself from the sun.
Inside, each one of the three bedrooms has a double bed; the bed of the ground floor bedroom measures 160. Both bathrooms include a cupboard with 2 bowl sinks, a tub and a shower. The ground floor bathroom also has a bidet.
La Ciotat, another view of your holidays: 'Blue Flag' seaside resort, La Ciotat has a 6 km gulf; the bay ends with two calanques, the Mugel, located in a natural park, true essential setting with original plants, and the Fiquerolles.
The Cap Canaille is part of one of the highest cliffs in Europe, The Bec de l'Aigle watches over these breathtaking rocks; boats can take you to the île Verte and the calanques up to Marseille.
All along the beach walk are small restaurants, hotels, casinos and shops.
