Three-story, Carribean-Style retreat with PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and GULF VIEWS! The Gulf of Mexico emerald waters and sugar white beaches are two blocks away. The State Park and Rick Seltzer Park, just minutes away, offer access to magnificent stretches of scenic beach for your enjoyment with amenities including restrooms and showers. We are conveniently located amidst Panama City Beach's finest restaurants, shopping, marinas and entertainment complexes which will ensure a enjoyable vacation for every Family member! CHILD FRIENDLY HOME....FULL SIZE CRIB,pack n play, highchair, baby gates, toys, and infant monitor available.
Twin Palms includes 3 floors with THREE MASTER SUITES and features relaxing West Indies-style furnishings. We offer a fully equipped modern kitchen, dinning seating for 8+, a half bath, laundry room, and spacious living room with 50" PLASMA TV/DVD on the ground floor. Tile floors throughout 1st & 2nd floors..carpeted stairs. A Master suite, also on this floor (handicap accessible), features a QUEEN bed and full bath with large tiled walk-in shower. Step outside to the Twin Palms PRIVATE POOL and enjoy Florida Living at it's finest!
The second floor features two luxurious Master suites! The first has a KING bed, full bath with double vanity, 2 walk-in closets (larger closet 5x10ft is a nursery w/ full size crib), and private balcony! The second suite has a QUEEN bed, full bath with double vanity,and private balcony with GULF VIEW! The third floor loft area has beautiful hard wood floors and can be used as an entertainment area and a 4th bedroom. This room includes a sofa & TWIN size bed, TV/DVD, wet bar, mini-fridge, game table, and half bath. Enjoy time lounging on the private balcony while you take advantage of the GULF VIEW and picture perfect sunsets! We also provide 3 QUEEN sized air mattress beds to accommodate additional guests. The suites are all large and have plently of room for extra air beds. Twin Palms also features a monitored ADT security system and each room has a telephone and cable TV/DVD with HBO.
Your personal PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 5 feet deep and is surrounded by a paver brick deck, grassy yard area, and privacy fencing. Enjoy your cookouts on the gas grill while swimming in the refreshing pool or basking in the warm Florida sun! This will be a vacation of a lifetime that you will never forget! Twin Palms was wonderful for our family. We had eight adults and two 15-month old babies. We each had a comfortable bedroom, separate TV and VCR/DVD player in each room, and each had a full bath. Master bedroom had a king-size bed. Two other bedrooms had queen size beds, and the loft area (fourth bedroom described here) had a twin bed, with a double couch that folded out into a bed. The downstairs had a half bath off the kitche, and the loft area had a half bath as well. Kitchen was a bit small for three women trying to cook but we worked in shifts and it was okay. There was a full laundry room, with an additional outside door to the back/side yard. Living and dining areas were small for the number of adults we had. We all couldn't sit and watch TV at the same time in the living area, nor could we sit and eat at the dining table at the same time which wasn't ideal, but we made it work by eating in shifts, and sharing the one large sofa when we could. The dining chairs were a little uncomfortable to sit and watch a movie on TV for any length of time. We had a little cleanliness issue when we first arrived, but a good mopping of the floor helped resolve that issue. We were actually the first family to rent Twin Palms this summer season, so the house had been empty for a while before we got there. Anyone following us, should have a spic and span vacation house! The pool was small but was all we needed when we didn't want to stroll to the beach. The white sandy beach was across a busy street, but was only a five-minute walk and we didn't have any problems even with the two toddlers and all of their gear. We pulled a little red wagon loaded to the gill with our stuff and took off down the street for the beach. No problem. Pets are allowed and our little Chihauhau and Dachsund were quite comfortable with us at Twin Palms. There is a fully fenced back yard, and perfectly safe and secure for pets. The house has an alarm system and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling. All in all, we had a very good experience and would recommend Twin Palms highly!

Our family of four, along with my parents and dog, enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful house. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! Our two sons loved having a pool all to themselves; and my husband and I loved sitting on the third floor balcony ~ sharing a bottle of wine while watching the sunset. We found the owners extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We cannot wait to plan our return!

We stayed in this home over spring break with our family (4 adultsw & 2 small kids) and had an amazing time! Beautiful home, nicely furnished, very clean, and perfect for families with young kids. We loved that they had a crib, pack and play, and a lot of kids toys and games! Great location to the beach too. We look forward to staying in the house next year too!

We stayed in this house last summer. The house did not live up to the description listed. The inside of the house was digny and dirty. By far was the property well maintained. The suction outlet on the pool was so strong, it could seriously injure a small child or todller. There was not one easy route to get across the street to the beach if you had children with you. By far would I recommend this property to anyone. A repair man had to come out the first 3 days of our stay so someone always had to be at the house. What a way to spend a weeks vacation.
Owner response:In August 2009 we actually closed the house for the month and had major renovations done. There is now new furniture in the family room, all carpet was removed and the entire house has either hardwood or tile flooring. The pool drain was repaired immediately (actually during your stay). We pride ourselves on fixing problems as they arise. We are a local family and are only 10 minutes away if something needs attention. The fact that for the first 3 days we had repair people at the house shows that we do respond and take care of matters once brought to our attention. I am sorry your stay was not a good one, but really wish you had let us know! Since we don't live at the beach house we are unaware of problems until renters tell us. We pride ourselves in promplty responding to the little things that happen.
