Beautifully renovated two level lakefront home. Upper entry level has a brand new gourmet kitchen with all new appliances.A
refrigerator with ice maker,a gas range,dishwasher,disposal,microwave, coffee maker, etc.Everything is provided so you feel at home. There is a large dining room and a living room with a full rock wall, which also has numerous large windows, including a picture window, all of which overlook the lake - Just a few steps to the water. Spectacular views of undisturbed natural settings.
Two levels of dock-The lower level allows you to sit with your feet in the water and this level makes for an easy entry and exit for swimming. The upper Dock has a covered deck with tables and chairs for everyone where you can cookout and everyone can just relax as you watch others swim and enjoy the boating activities and stunning views.The water is clear, starting at a depth of 3Ft., and is about 18 ft. deep at the end of the dock. and is ideal for A slip in the boathouse is available if you decide to bring your own boat. A paddle boat with cushions and canopy top,a canoe and some fishing equipment are provided, along with life vests, for guest use.
The house has two levels. You enter the house on the main level or the upstairs-There are two bedrooms on this level-off a small hall with a bathroom in the center.One bedroom has a king bed and an overhead fan. This room also has a hand rail installed for someone that needs a little extra assistance. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, also with an overhead fan.The bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms has a tub/shower, the other bath, off the living room,has a walk in shower.Also on this level is the kitchen, dining room and living room.One of the chairs in the living room is an electric lift chair for extra convenience.
There are two bedrooms downstairs- one has a queen bed with an overhead fan, and the other has a full/twin bunk bed. The one bath down has a tub/shower set-up, and is located at the end of a small hall with a bedroom on each side. Each bedroom in the house is equipped with a television and cable TV, as well as the living room.The lower level game room has a full size air hockey game, a plastic dart game, a full size chalk board, games and toys for the youngsters as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator ,microwave and coffee maker.No smoking please inside the house.
Ample parking for three or four cars in front of the house. Entry is on the parking level with only a 4" step to enter the house. A secluded neighborhood with no thru traffic make it very quiet and also very safe for any small children.More photos available upon request.
