950 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom plus loft condominium in Whistler's Benchlands area of the Upper Village. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, with night-tables and reading lamps. The loft has a hideabed which can sleep one couple. The unit features vaulted ceilings, and unique wooden artwork around the fireplace and up the stairs. The fully-equipped kitchen is small but functional, with large refrigerator, coffee-maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, blender, electric range and oven, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and cutlery.

The ensuite three-piece bathroom has a tub-shower. The second bathroom has a sink in the hall and a toilet and shower in an adjoining room.

Please note: Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is 10am.

The unit is on the top (third) floor, with elevator access. It faces south-east, looking up the Blackcomb hillside, so receives the morning sun. There is a small deck accessible from the second bedroom and the sitting room.

The hot tub is shared by the whole building, and is open all year. The swimming pool is open between the May 21 weekend and Labour Day (September 05).

Wildwood Lodge is in an ideal location, as it is situated just behind the Chateau Whistler, about five to seven minutes' walk or ski from the Wizard chair which is the base of Blackcomb. A leisurely ten to fifteen minute stroll takes you to Whistler Village. Five to ten minutes in the other direction takes you to the Chateau Whistler Golf Club and Lost Lake Park, which boasts cross country skiing trails in the winter; walking, running, and biking trails in the summer. Lost Lake is a pleasant lake to swim in during the summer. The grass and sandy beach can get quite crowded on warm summer days.

Please note: The unit is not available for long-term rentals. It is designed for vacation-type rentals and it would be very unusual for it to be rented for longer than two weeks maximum.
