The villa where the studios / apartments are located has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, at the east of Malaga city with excellent views to the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There are parking places just outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga. 3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. away there is an area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. 900 m. away is the beach, Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit down on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views to the bay of Malaga city. Central heating, wifi internet line 24 hours a day. From September to June can be rented for long term.
Hints and Tips: Malaga with its excellent cuisine is considered one of the best gastronomic regions of Spain, in typical Mediterranean and international cuisine. In climate outdoor seating in any terrace is a delight. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, connected by train, road and air, is one of the best cities to visit Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Marbella, Ronda, Nerja, and many white villages of the province. The birthplace of Picasso, Picasso Museum, Alcazaba, Cathedral. Tapas Bar. Although there is bus stop just 50 meters, if you prefer to rent a car we can help with business confidence at very competitive prices.
The nearest golf course is 12 km, 10 minutes away by motorway.

We spent 2 weeks at D-5 and we never felt we lacked anything. It is a charming little apartment, spotlessly clean, with a small, well equipped kitchenette and eating area, a sofa and a TV set in the living room, and 2 bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Everything is in a very good state of repair. There is a small terrace, equipped with a table and chairs and surrounded by beautiful hibiscus plants and jasmin. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. The wi-fi worked fine. We had a problem with the fridge the first day and our landlord Juan replaced it promptly. He and his wife are very kind and accommodating. If you wish to hire a car, they can help you with that, too. The apartment itself is excellent, but you have to know that the house is perched on top of a steep hill, 15-20 minute walk up from the sea and the major bus lines. There is a bus No33 that goes up and a stop right next to the house if you are patient (or lazy) enough to wait for it - it is not very frequent. Halfway up the hill there is an area of restaurants and shops, quite convenient. The city centre is about 4 km away but when you descend from the hill there is a bus line No11 that takes you downtown or, if you take it in the other direction, to the beach area of El Palo where there are nice fish restaurants as well. The bus No11 runs regularly, every 6 minutes on weekdays. To sum it up, you need to have a car or use the public transport to get anywhere - but if you do have a car, it is not difficult to find a place to park it, which is a huge issue in a more central location.
