Appartement agréable et fonctionnel dans une résidence calme, sécurisée et propre. des piscines sans affluence avec des transats plus que nécessaire. La terrasse de l'appartement est géniale et permet de prendre tout ses repas, équipements complets pour cet appartement. La plage d'anse marcel est paradisiaque, idéal avec des enfants car pas ou peu de vague. Des activités proposées par les différents hotels : visite en bateaux, location de canoë, location de voiture à la journée, massages et soins divers. Des gens charmants et disponibles même pour les locataires d'appartements. Une rando pedestre à faire, avec sur le chemin une plage presque déserte. Résidence famillale, sécurisante, de qualité et bien équipée. Endroit superbe et préservé, équipement hotelier environnant haut de gamme, assurant un tourisme limité et une plage magnifique: plus belle ance de l'ile assurement! Endroit retiré, qui nécessite une voiture, pour découvrir les environs. On peut aussi resté sur place, il y a quelques très bons restaurants. Nature très présente, (gentils iguanes dans le parc, que les enfants adorent pourchasser!) Idéal pour des enfants, qui profitent en toutes libertée des piscines du jardins et se font de nombreux amis. L'île mérite des visites, tant côté Français que hollandais: shopping, rando ou visites, chacun peut y trouver une activité qui lui convientOwner response: Merci pour cette note pleine de soleil et de bonne humeur , ce sera toujours un plaisir de vous accueilir à Saint Martin

Discounted rates for long stay
The Saint-Martin Island lacks fresh water, therefore water consumption will be read on the meter on arrival and leaving the tenants. The rate of 3 cu. m. of water will be adjusted to the rate of the Société Générale des eaux Guadeloupe (General company for water in Guadeloup) and according to how it usually works on the island, the rate will increase depending on consumption.
No benefits will be made on the rate, the tenant has the choice on whether to take responsibility.
Non-contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00
