  We just returned from our one week stay in Gulf Shores and in this condo and had one of the best vacations ever. There were 3 couples and plenty of room to relax. The view from the balcony looking at the gulf was so relaxing. We will certainly return a.s.a.p.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  6, 50- something girls from Iowa loved our relaxing vacation at this condo. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths made it very comfortable for all of us. Bathrooms are small but wonderful to have 3. View from deck was amazing, when not at the beach or pool spent majority of our time on the deck. Saw dolphins in the am. Weather was great (upper 70's) except for the one day it rained all day but enjoyed shopping at the outlet mall & having lunch at Lambert's (fun experience). Short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Beach & pool our wonderful, steps to the beach.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo! The description of the condo and it's amenities was accurate, but it was even more beautiful in person! It was laid out well, plenty of space for me, my children, and my parents. It was very clean and well maintained. The condo utilized it's space well for storage and had plenty of dishes and cookware. The kitchen and dining area was great for a family to eat dinner together or to grab a quick snack at the bar. Each bedroom had it's own window and the beachfront patio was wonderful to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean! We all felt at home and had our own space and could come and go without disturbing those who wanted to go to bed early sleep in late. The owners were very helpful and timely in answering questions and booking my stay. I would recommend this property to all my friends and relatives. It was also very close to restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and the attractions of water parks, miniature golf, etc. I will definitely be back next year and hopefully every summer that I can get away for a relaxing beach vacation!

  Keep this place a secret or everybody will want to stay here. This condo was quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed except the skim board and boogie board. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook many types of meals - - blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice-maker with dispenser in door, and kitchen knives that would actually slice a tomato. The third floor location provided a great view without giving us nosebleeds and gave quick access to the stairs if we didn't want to use the elevator. Quick access to beach and chair rentals. Lots of channels on TV and had DSL access. We would recommend bringing a network cable as the area wireless was not dependable. Rick, thank you for the great place to stay. Shhh! Don't tell others.

  This was the most spectacular place to stay! Thanks Rick and Bev for making our vacation so PAINLESS! We experienced a home away from home at this beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo situated right on the beach. It was spacious and very affordable! We had a awonderful visit at the beach over the 4th. It was everything described and more!

  Very well stocked and close to the beach! The rooms were decorated nice and the swimming pool (in door/out door) was fun for the grandkids. We would love to stay there again.

  Hey Ric & Bev, our stay was fabulous. We enjoyed the condo and having your own private bath in each room was very nice. The space and views were breath taking. Thanks for allowing the family to experience thier vacation at one of the best rental properties we have ever visited and we look forward to staying at your place again in the near future.   My family has been returning to this condo for every summer beach vacation since 2004. We even have reserved the condo for Christmas and Thanksgiving times too. The owners have stocked the place with every possible amenity. I was able to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner there and it was a gourmet cook's delight. The condo has 3 very spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, plus a sofabed. The armoire in the master bedroom is perfect for holding 2 large suitcases worth of clothes for easy access. The view out of all the windows is breathtaking. This is a beachfront condo and has the best view in the building of the sparking gulf. You can see dolphins while relaxing or eating meals on the large balcony. A washer and dryer are in the condo which makes laundry a breeze. There is a huge dining table plus a kitchen bar area that will accomodate the largest family. Highly recommended!
