This place was perfect! Very clean and the pass though door was great because we could keep an eye on the kids while giving them (and us) some space. The owner was super great and easy to work with. I have already reserved this unit again for next year. Can't wait to get back down there.

Perfect set up for a group of people. The building was nice and the condos were nice as well. There was lots to do in the area and my family had a very good time. Ginger was easy to work with too. I will definately be working on my next family vacation here.

While the condo was beautiful..... it was not clean when we checked in. The bedspreads were soiled and some of them missing. There was blood on the walls and the unit looked as if it had just been straightened. Sand in the bathtubs and showers, balconies were filthy. There were not enough cooking utensils. I called to speak with the owner about all of this and she never called me back. These units need to be fumigated because we also had to deal with some sort of infestation. For what we paid we should not have had any of these issues, All I wanted was a response from the owner and have not gotten the first call back. We vacationed there the week of July 16-24. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here. We had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to get the unit cleaned. There was no tupperware or anything like that to keep food in the fridge.
Owner response:Im so sorry if you were disappointed. We try our best to make our guests happy. I do remember your call and remember that I was unable to handle it at the time. I did contact my staff which I believe you talked with several times. I know things sometimes slip by our cleaning staff during the busy summer but they will gladly come to the unit and take care of any issues if the cleaning was unsatisfactory. We have had very few cleaning complaints this summer and I rent 9 different units in Panama City all cleaned by the same company. As at the end of each season, we have now also deep cleaned our units and inventoried and replaced any missing items. I'm sorry but I have not heard of any pest infestation in this building at all. The homeowners association for Emerald Isle does pest control on a scheduled basis. Again I do apologize if you had problems and I hope you will give us another chance to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. Ginger

This was our first time ever being in Panama City Beach and we truly loved it. The condos exceeded all of our expectations and was very, very, nice. Everything was clean and layed out perfect. All of our family really enjoyed everything here and we plan on coming back hopefully next year. The pools, spa, hot tub, exercise room and all the facilities were tremendous. The owner was very polite, honest, and answered all of our questions/concerns that we had. This means a whole lot to us!
