A Wonderful Place to Stay

I cannot rave enough about this house and its owner. It is a beautiful house with all amenities in an absolutely wonderful location. We just loved our low country experience! It was so quiet and peaceful and yet downtown Charleston was a relatively short and pretty drive away and the Ashley River Road plantations were even closer. It was so relaxing to be able to swim off the dock every day and then sit on that wonderful porch of an evening - the only difficulty was choosing which chair to sit in! The owner was also exceptionally friendly and very accommodating, and it was a privilege to make his acquaintance. We especially loved that boat trip to see the dolphins. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience the low country and who enjoys a little solitude.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
