No road or other property between you and an uncrowded, wide beach with sea oats and protected nesting areas for turtles.
Quiet, beautiful fifth floor location (with elevator). Spectacular views from the living room, balcony and Master Bedroom.
Watch your kids from the balcony - on the beach, swimming or playing Tennis. You might even spot dolphins frolicking in the surf, we have!
Spacious (non-smoking) Condo sleeps two to seven comfortably. Master bedroom with king, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with two twins (and optional single futon mattress). Also a pull-out sofa in living area to add flexibility.
No smoking and strict no-pet policy - breathe easy, relax, play.

Seven of us stayed for a week (4 adults & 3 kids). Great location! Covered parking was a +. Good place to grab some rest, do a little laundry & hit the beach (or pool) all day. HINT: Grab one of those shopping carts by elevator, the unit is near the end of the complex.Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: This is a perfect size group for our three bedroom place, since we have an extra futon mattress that can accommodate a third child in the bedroom with two twins. That makes for three beds for three kids in one bedroom and two other bedrooms for two couples. A great way for grandparents, parents and kids to enjoy the beach together!

We enjoyed our visit at this condo. This was our first trip to the area and we used to website to search a property. We found that the property description on the web site was representative of the Condo. We were looking for something with enough room for a family of 5 and this more than met our needs. Even when we had my parent over for dinner we easily fit around the large dining room table. The unit was clean apon arrival. The owner is very personable and did a great job at answering our questions as we were new to the process of renting a condo. I would definitely recommend this unit.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed at 510 Reef Club from01/02/10 until 02/27/10 and fell in love with the setting. The condo has a great view of the beach, ocean and pool.We sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets almost every evening. Last winter the weather was very cool for Florida but it did not matter because the condo was so comfortabe. The condo is very well kept and clean.The owners and condo company are very easy to work with and do their best to make the stay pleasant.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: Hi! We are Colleen and David, and when we are not enjoying our Florida condo and its beautiful balcony ourselves, we are home in New York City working as professors and riding our bikes for fun. We have four kids, ages 14-22, who keep us busy too, and all of us love it at Reef Club in Indian Rocks Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Reef Club:
We came to love that Indian Rocks Beach has spectacular beach, is not crowded with high-rises (they are not allowed in town) or the college crowd, and features great restaurants and other stuff to do. Reef Club is one of the only associations that not only has a heated pool and jacuzzi, but a tennis court (which we and our kids enjoy).
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
First and foremost we love sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. Then we must decide between heated pool or beach and usually do a bit of both. The wildlife refuge across the street is a great place to walk, and the playground there was fun for our kids when they were younger. We often go to the local library for a great collection of movies and books, and there are a lot of great places to eat, get ice cream, etc. Farther afield is the Adventure Island water park in Tampa and the perfectly preserved beaches of Caledisi Island State Park. The list goes on!
