  We booked this house for our party of eight adults for a weeklong ski trip in march. Unfortunately, plans changed a few weeks before the trip--half of our party had to cancel. We had already paid the full amount, so I sheepishly sent a request to Todd to see if we could get a refund, fully expecting a "sorry, but you're stuck" response. To my pleasant surprise, Todd went above and beyond to get the property rebooked and get us a refund within their stated policy. He was extremely helpful and communicative the entire time, and truly exceeded my expectations. While I can't speak for the quality of the house itself, I can say that I would not hesitate to rent from Todd if we return to Breckenridge in the future...hopefully with our entire party this time!

  My wife and I, along with two other couples, recently stayed at this wonderful home in Breckenridge. The pictures accurately reflected the accommodations and amenities. Our favorite feature was the large living room which provided a nice, warm lounging area to congregate in front of the fireplace after a long day on the slopes. The property management was very responsive with us while we were there, as well, helping us address a very small item. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and I look forward to staying here again. A few things to consider: 1) We wanted a home that was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. This was exactly that, but because of the steep grade to the home, I would recommend renting a 4-Wheel Drive vehicle to those who aren't accustomed to driving on ice/snow. Full Disclaimer: My wife and I (growing up in the North) had no problems climbing the hill in our front wheel drive van, but our inexperienced friends from Texas could never get up the hill in theirs). 2) The ski in/ski out was exactly as advertised. A short walk to/from both. Be mindful that it was difficult for our beginning skiers, but no one else had any challenges. As a snowboarder, I had to do a little hiking when I was trying to get to the base. It was a challenging to safely keep enough speed through the tighter wooded areas to make it down in one go. However, it was so pretty that it didn't bother me one bit. Overall, we would highly recommend this home when you visit Breckenridge.

  Walking to town in the morning beside the stream was amazing! We liked treating ourselves to French pastries or Blue Moose Breakfast - not that the walk was so vigorous, but who needs an excuse? Soaking old bones in the hot tub, cooking gourmet meals in the beautiful kitchen, and playing in the river were equally special. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed were: Relish, Twist and Angels Hollow. The house is wonderful! Having TVs in every room helped clear ther kids out of the way during dinner prep. Our guests liked their own bathrooms, and oodles of towels. Altogether a perfect place! Looking forward to next summer's visit!

  We just returned from a week at this house and it was terrific. The place was just as it was displayed, it was clean with plenty of room for our whole family. We cooked in a few nights and there was everything we needed in the kitchen to make big family meals. The beds were comfortable, the hiking enjoyable, and of course, Breck in the summer is just a great laid back place. The owner was easy to communicate with and we got everything we needed to check in well in advance. I suggest if you're going to Breck, check out this house. It's super comfortable and a great place to stay.

  This is a beautiful home to spend time in. The grand family room and beautiful kitchen are cozy and comfortable. The home was really clean, the jetted tub was wonderful and we really liked the heated floors. The home is close enough to town to quickly drive back and forth. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a fun weekend or week vacation in the mountains. The owner answered all my questions prior to arriving on site. The hottub is a triangular and is very open. Thank you for a great stay!

  We had a group of 10 of us stay here and it was everything they said it would be. The place was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone, the place was very clean and new, private hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing, and ski in ski out access worked well for us. We had gotten some fresh snow so literally snapped in our skis at the front door and off we went for the day!

  We stayed here for 5 days in January and it was exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures and description. We had 7 adults and a child and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was great for cooking. We made dinner at the house every night and even came back for lunch one afternoon. The great room and dining table were perfect for sitting around playing games at night or relaxing after skiing all day. The ski out part was very easy, but you ski in from Peak 10 which is mostly black and blue/black runs so it was tough for a few of our skiers. With that being said you are only a short drive from the base of peak 9 so we just had someone pick us up the other days. We will definitely rent this place again.

  I have stayed in this house a few times, with different groups of people ranging from 2 up to 14 people. We all slept comfortably with the addition of the fold out couch. Kitchen and dining area are great for feeding a big croud. Owners were very helpful in providing any information we needed about the house and the Breckenridge area. I love the town, all the people are amazing and the sight seeing is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get away or just wants to spend some quality time in the mountains!

  This beautiful home was perfect for our girls getaway week! Nine of us enjoyed the pristine neighborhood and the awesome town of Breckenridge. The house was very clean and the owners stayed in contact with us and even provided helpful hints about Breckenridge, hikes, and restaurants. We so enjoyed cooking in the accommodating kitchen that we decided to cook each evening meal "in" and the dining room was a perfect place to enjoy each others company. We had plenty of space and enjoyed your multitude of games and tvs in the house(especially your large tv in the great room)- Your proximity to town was also perfect for us and we became "regulars" at the yummy Breckenridge Brewery! We would love to return and I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in relaxing in Colorado!
