This premium mountain retreat offers an open floor plan with over 2600 sq ft of living area in an exclusive neighborhood next to the National Forest. Modern convenience is situated in a rustic mountain atmosphere. Hand-peeled log accents and furnishings, granite counters, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and the cozy fireplace invite you to relax in true mountain style. The home is just up the mountain (a five minute drive) from historic Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. You are steps away from ski-in and ski-out access in the winter or great hiking in the summer! After a full day enjoying the mountains or town, relax on the deck in the therapeutic hot tub and take in more beautiful views.

4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths accommodate 8 to 12 guests on two levels. Each bedroom has its own private bath! Two bedroom suites are on the lower level. The master suite, 4th bedroom suite, great room (living/dining), and kitchen are on the upper level, which also offers access to your grilling deck and hot tub. A huge TV and entertainment system with surround sound are located in the great room, and there are multiple TVs/VCRs throughout the home. A variety of kids' movies and games are available.

Why the Owner Chose Warrior's Mark West
Breckenridge is a true mountain town (AWAY FROM THE HIGHWAY) and has something for everyone to enjoy year-round. Warrior's Mark West is a hidden treasure in that it is a nice neighborhood with big private homes away from all the condos, but is still close enough to the mountain to ski and out.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The main features that attracted us to this unique home are the 4 full private bathrooms for each bedroom, the heated floors and garage, and the huge great room/dining room/kitchen wide open enough to allow big families or groups to all be together when desired.

Our family lives in Denver and we love to get up to our second home in the mountains as often as possible. We are now offering one quarter ownership share for anyone who wants to own instead of rent, but doesn't use the home enough to justify the cost of full ownership. Please inquire if interested!

We stayed here for 5 days in January and it was exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures and description. We had 7 adults and a child and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen was great for cooking. We made dinner at the house every night and even came back for lunch one afternoon. The great room and dining table were perfect for sitting around playing games at night or relaxing after skiing all day. The ski out part was very easy, but you ski in from Peak 10 which is mostly black and blue/black runs so it was tough for a few of our skiers. With that being said you are only a short drive from the base of peak 9 so we just had someone pick us up the other days. We will definitely rent this place again.

I have stayed in this house a few times, with different groups of people ranging from 2 up to 14 people. We all slept comfortably with the addition of the fold out couch. Kitchen and dining area are great for feeding a big croud. Owners were very helpful in providing any information we needed about the house and the Breckenridge area. I love the town, all the people are amazing and the sight seeing is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get away or just wants to spend some quality time in the mountains!

This beautiful home was perfect for our girls getaway week! Nine of us enjoyed the pristine neighborhood and the awesome town of Breckenridge. The house was very clean and the owners stayed in contact with us and even provided helpful hints about Breckenridge, hikes, and restaurants. We so enjoyed cooking in the accommodating kitchen that we decided to cook each evening meal "in" and the dining room was a perfect place to enjoy each others company. We had plenty of space and enjoyed your multitude of games and tvs in the house(especially your large tv in the great room)- Your proximity to town was also perfect for us and we became "regulars" at the yummy Breckenridge Brewery! We would love to return and I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in relaxing in Colorado!

We rented the house from Wednesday through Monday, and our whole family (12 of us) fit comfortably, with the aid of a few inflatable mattresses for the grandchildren! We cooked all our evening meals at the house which worked out great! Ski in/ski out was challenging for some of us, so we did some shuttling down to Beaver Run. Only one room humidifier which worked. Could have used more. We had more cars than room for them, and parking on the street is not allowed, which we learned by getting a parking ticket. All in all a great experience, great place to stay. Thanks!

Ski in/out access always depends on the individual, but luckily we are only a short drive to skier drop-off. Thanks for letting us know the humidifers aren't working. We’ll replace any of the individual room humidifiers that aren’t working, but the entire house already has a central, built in humidifier as well in case any break in the future. Our home has a two car heated garage and there is extra space in the driveway for one additional car. That's generally enough space for 12 guests, but we'll make a note. We will also add a note about street parking to our welcome letter to avoid tickets in the future. Thanks again for the comments, and don't forget we offer discounts to repeat guests!
