Owners have professionally renovated this unit from top to bottom, this huge Condo is super clean, bright, sunny, uncluttered and has a modern decor.
The location can't be beat! Two minutes via free resort shuttle to lifts at Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak, shuttle runs every 15 minutes, but if you miss it you can always walk - it's only 1/4 mile. You'll be home for lunch and back sooner than you could wade through lines at the base lodge, and you won't have to fight for a seat! This is truly one of the greatest benefits of staying on-site.
Make the most of your vacation by giving everyone the freedom to come and go as they please, no more waiting for the whole crew to gear up and pile into the car. Easily make first chair or sleep until second session without having to inconvenience anyone.
Unit description:
Mudroom with large capacity laundry in unit, plenty of gear storage and adjacent to first floor full bath. First floor bedroom with twin daybed plus sleep sofa offer a secondary conversation place to retreat to by day.
Second floor has a smart open floor plan with loads of natural light and spectacular views. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you'd expect at home from 12 cup coffee maker, grinder, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, blender, to crock pot. Whip up a quick snack or an entire holiday meal. Dining room accommodates a crowd and has slider to large deck. Cozy up to the fireplace in the living room and take in the scenery, pick up a game, book, puzzle or DVD, all provided for your entertainment during your stay. You'll find lots of thoughtful extras in this unit, unique touches and details.
Third floor has a spacious master bedroom with one queen bed, dresser, and work station; slider to private balcony overhanging large second floor deck, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and walk-in closet give this room a little something extra. Two guest rooms on this floor both have ample closet space and five drawer dressers, in one you'll find super sturdy bunks, and a full bed; in the other you'll find a full bed and a super plush convertible twin futon that can be used as a bed, lounger, or chair; this room also has vaulted ceiling. This level also has the only bath with a tub, the others have showers, nicely remodeled with room for all of your toiletries.
Fourth Floor is where you'll find the final bedroom, which is the same basic size as the other three guest rooms, but has something truly special about it. We're not sure if it's the elevation, the five windows looking out over the Mad River Valley, the sense of privacy it offers, or the unique decor, but all our guest tell us this is their favorite room, so be prepared to flip a coin!
But, wait, there's more! This unit also has golf course views of Sugarbush Golf Club's Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course, famous for its doglegs and beautiful scenery, and only one of two in New England! This unit is an ideal location if you're visiting Mad River Valley or Central Vermont for a wedding, sporting events like Adventure Games or Green Mountain Stage Race, and Norwich Academy family and alumni events. Foliage? Wait unit you see the views! Hiking, biking, tennis, river sports, fly fishing, arts festivals, and so much more!
We can't say enough about the area, we love it in any season, and are pleased to have the opportunity to share it with you. The towns of Warren and Waitsfield are home to some of Vermont's classic attractions like covered bridges, natural wonders like the Moss Glen Falls, the Green Mountains, and some of the friendliest people we've encountered. Spring, Summer, Fall .. $250/night, 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
Security Deposit is required, VT 9% tax on short term stays.
