Less than 2 blocks from the center of town, one block from the supermarket with unlimited parking spaces make this the ideal getaway. My husband, I and our yellow lab stayed at the property in 6/2011. The property was exactly as described in the listing and the owner arranged the property so that it was comfortable, spacious and acommodating.The property was clean, well-maintained and offered enough parking for everyone. The condo was located near many of the activities that we were interested in and only a few minutes away from Commerical St., the grocery store, Dog Park and beach. We chose P-town due to the pet friendly locale and many of the residents were nice and more than willing to answer any questions just as the owners were. We had an excellent vacation and hope to return next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

We found this property to be exactly as advertised - moderrn, stylish, and centrally located. Four of us were extremely comfortable with ample room. The outdoor areas were a huge plus! Our hosts were excellent - friendly and welcoming. They also have landscaped beautifully. We were able to easily walk everywhere - into town, the supermarket, the gym - without an automobile. We rented bikes to get to the beach, and had a great ride through the Dunes at the National Seashore. The apartment was also very well furnished with all amenities and everything we needed. I am happy to recommend this apartment to anyone. Our only regret is that our vacation was too short!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway.
