I stayed here with my wife and 2 Children aged 9 and 12 along with my brother, his wife and their daughter aged 15. We were all absolutely delighted with the villa. It was well maintained, very clean and extremely spacious. The owner was especially helpful in the build up to our visit in giving us advice. We even got a phone call from him halfway through the holiday to ask if all was well. The facilites within the villa were fantastic and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We are even planning a return trip and will definately be staying again. Thank you Rob and Hazel.

We stayed in this luxury villa in March/April 2010. There were two familes of 4 and it was more than adequent for us. Not at any point did we feel that we were on top of each other, the villa has 2 lovely open planned living rooms. What we loved most about it was that it was like being home from home, there was everything that we could have asked for and more. The children were never bored when we had a lazy day (which was much needed after all the theme parks!!!) as there was plenty to keep them occupied, bikes, games, play room and of course the fabulous swimming pool. I wouldn't think twice about booking this villa again or recommending it to friends and family as it was perfectly located for all the theme parks and shopping malls. Definately 10 out of 10 for us, we are hoping to go back next year.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

I can not even tell you how wonderful my experience was. The owners of this property made the stay priceless by being so helpful and going above a beyond what I would expect. The home is fantastic!! Location is very convenient, and the value is beyond words. This home away from home was perfect for us. We relaxed, we had company... Thank you so much for your hospitality. I would rent this home in a second and have been telling eveyone I know that they should too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. There was lots to do or nothing to do - whatever your preference. Disney and Sea World were both an easy drive. There is a Publix very close by and a new shopping center is being built south on Route 27 where it crosses Route 4. I think it is called Posner Commons. There is a Target, a Penneys, a Belks and a Ross just opened. The owners of this villa were a pleasure to deal with and the management company is very responsive. Thank-you Rob and Hazel for a great vacation.

Being low on Disney Vacation Club points, we decided to try staying off-Disney for a change. We arrived at this villa late at night, children and in-laws in tow, hoping the location and accomodations would prove suitable. I am pleased to report that the villa exceeded our expectations. Having the pool and spa right outside the kitchen slider was great. The kids would splash around each morning before we left for the parks, and the grownups would soak at night after bedtime. There was an abundance of linens, blankets, and towels in each closet. The children kept discovering movies, video games, trinkets, and board games in the cabinets and drawers. We felt like guests in a well-equipped family home. I noticed that it took only 30 minutes one night between the time we walked out the exit from Rockin' Roller Coaster to walking into the living room. That's about the same amount of time it usually takes us to get back to Disney's Old Key West, what with riding the bus and so forth. We'll have to stay off-Disney more often.

Very impressed with villa very clean and comfortable a nice base to return to after walking your legs off in the parks.Spa and pool were welcoming,very quiet location within easy access to all the theme parks.

We really enjoyed ourselves on our vacation. The house was very clean and well taken care of. It was full of things for the family to enjoy on there break from the parks. I was impressed with all the extras. The pool and spa was a definite hit. It is a nice area and close to anything you will need. We had 2 families staying there and the layout of the house was great. To the owners: You were very helpful and quick with responding when we had questions. We had a great vacation and thanks for making that happen. Hope to rent from you again. Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a memorable holiday in Orlando. Pool and villa were immaculate and the games room was a real plus with our two boys. Nice quiet location with all parks easy to get to. We are hoping to definitely return again in the not to distance future. Couldn't have wished for better accommodation certainly made the holiday one of our best.

Visited August 06. An excellent villa which had every possible requirement for a family/families with children. Beautiful pool and the villa was immaculate and spacious. The games room was brilliant and the children enjoyed playing on the PS2. Have stayed in many villas in this area but this beats them all with the attention to small details. Had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend. Many Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Visited for Easter Break 2006. Excellent villa well-furnished & situated in a quiet location but close to all attractions & amenities. Nearest supermarket 5 minutes away. Children loved the pool & well-equipped games room. Adults enjoyed relaxing in the spa. Would highly recommend this villa to all. Had a great holiday and didn't want to leave. Hope to return in the future.Kerwin & Diane. Swansea.
