Everything was great as far as the room went! It was very well taken care of and worth the money. The only real problem we had was the fact that we could not place a 4 x 4 beach shade on the beach in front of the rental chairs for our baby.(and nobody was even hardly renting the chairs) You have a good ways to walk if you need to use one of these, we were not aware of this prior to going and the rental guy was very rude about it. The overall location on the room is great! Great atmosphere, great food and fun times!!!!!!!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful ... almost as beautiful as the ocean-front view ( it's 8th floor balcony view is simply breathtaking). The decor is warm and inviting. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back to rent this condo again. The condo is much bigger than it appears in the photos...which was a pleasant surprise. It would comfortably sleep 6 people. I would recommend you plan on bringing or buying: toilet paper, laundry detergent, and trash bags. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this gorgeous condo!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at the beach this year, and we had a great time. The condo had everything we needed to have a traditional meal and the weather was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone to spred out after eating their fill, and then do our impressions of beached whales for the rest of the day. The gulf is crystal clear this time of year and the beach isn't crowded at all. The "heated pool" is a bit chilly, but feels warm after a quick dip in the ocean...burrrrr. We had a wonderful holiday, and enjoyed our stay at Grandview East.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My grandmother, my father, my stepmother, and I stayed at this condo at the end of Oct 2011. This is hands down the best place we've stayed in PCB. The owners (Larry and Patti) were very easy to work with, they made EVERYTHING so easy for us. The Grandview East was a very quiet family friendly property. The condo was gorgeous. I can not say enough good things about it, the pictures of the place are great but even they can't capture just how awesome the condo is. My favorite thing about it was the large floor plan, we had more than plenty of room for everyone. You can tell that someone put a lot of time into the decor of the unit. The beds are comfy even if you have back problems you will still rest easy on them. We really were able to just kick back and relax b/c all the comforts of home were there for us. Another thing that was great was that the water was more clear than we have ever seen it and the beaches were not at all crowded and were beautiful. It was close to all kinds of fun things to do. We hope to stay here again very soon. The only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer :) Larry and Patti got our deposit back to us within a week of us checking out. A Great Place to Stay

My friend and I came back to PCB for our yearly beach trip. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. I was impressed at the decor at every turn. The owners left nothing out when it came to decorating and furnishing this wonderful place. The pictures do not do this place justice! The property is well maintained and the lady in the office is very nice and helpful if you have any questions. Also, the owners made all my transactions smooth for a wonderful vacation. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I have visited PCB a few times before and all the other places we stayed were nice. This rental was, by far, our best experience yet. Everything we needed was there. There was more space than any place we've ever rented on ANY beach. It was very quiet when it needed to be but plenty to do within a short walk or drive. During our stay the weather was unseasonably cool so we walked quite a bit. This vacation was for a need of rest and relaxation and boy did we find the right place. The owners were also very quick and polite in their responses to all of our questions before the trip. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope to be back soon.

My family and I stayed at Grand View East June 11th to June 18th and really was amazed how beautiful the place was! It was exactly how the pictures looked. We enjoyed our vacation so much and will be sure to return in the future. We would recommend this spot to anyone. The view from the balcony was awesome! Angelo's steakhouse was absolutely wonderful! We saw dolphins from our balcony and also when we took the Pirate Cruise which was alot of fun! Our deposit was returned to us in less than a week after we returned home! Myself and two friends stayed in the condo in Dec of 2009. It was one of the nicest and cleanest condos I have ever stayed in on PC Beach! The views were great, the lay out was wonderful and the location was perfect. I will be coming back! Loved it! AAA++ The rental lady was very easy to deal with and made our stay great!!!!

Our stay at the Grandview East was wonderful! Unit 804 is beautiful. I was so pleased with the unit that i would like the interior decorator's name. This was the best Labor Day vacation ever in Panama City of 2007!! The location was convenient to local stores, restaurants, and entertainment. We could walk to all of these locations. This is a perfect unit. I would suggest this unit to anyone that's traveling to Panama City. It is gorgeous!
