  This is the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed at. Right in the city centre with everything we needed on our doorstep. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and really well looked after. Our meeter and greeter George was fantastic and showed us around and answered all our questions. He also showed us up to the roof terrace where we sipped cocktails as the sun went down. Truly a wonderful place to be, spacious and light with a feeling of luxury. We can't thank you enough! We loved it and the price was great too!

  In April 2012 5 of us stayed in this apartment which was extremely well located in the Ribeira district near the Picasso museum. The apartment was comfortable and only a very short walk to Jaume station. Sadly it was too cold to use the rooftop terrace as that would be delightful in warm weather. The apartment is located upstairs with no lift, which might be an issue for some, but not for us.

  Location location location! Great place to stay. Loved the apartment and the area. So much to do. I felt very safe and the apartment was clean and as pictured. Claire and Jordi were very professional and wonderful to work with. My husband and I are hoping to come back and stay a few more days in the future... My daughter is studying abroad in Barcelona and this was a great place for our family to stay. Great restaurants and and places in every nook and cranny. This area is so bohemian and artsy. Love it!!!!

  I am so happy my first impressions of the managers here made me decide to stay with them. Every dealing with Claire was fast and professional, not chatty, just everything I needed to know. She also offered advice on area and also sent me photos of the street when I had asked about area. I had originally booked a dif apartment with them but it was changed near arrival date, after discussing it of course, and was happy to find everything as promised. Claire also arranged a wonderful driver service from airport which was so appreciated that evening! This was my second trip to Barcelona and this apartment is FANTASTIC! Fantastic location, facilities, very safe, and very well kept. The only bad thing is now I am spoiled and only want to stay here :) The apartment was very clean, HUGE, the kitchen is so well organized and stocked, comfy furniture and the most comfy bed yet after 6 weeks of Spain and France! There is a secure safe, and the building is very quiet. I enjoyed the roof top patio a few times ... a nice bonus ! You hear a chorus of old church bells from this place. One thing I must add for people on thier first visit to Barcelona though ~ dont expect the polished walls and streets of your modern home. I had been sent an email by another Canadian couple who had rented in the original apt building (dif agency just same building) and warned me to stay away. They sent photos of garbage in the street, rough hallways, and urine on the street. Well, I feel bad they first didnt book with someone as reliable as Claire & George. These buildings are old and often the entrances are a bit worn but wonderful apartments inside.Second, these apartments are in residential areas...locals put thier garbage out in bags and is picked up by morning. Third, it is the drunken tourist urinating in what looks like an alley. You will find that anywhere there are these idiots. The area is old, but kept very clean...dont be put off if you arrive at night and things looks a bit rough. This is normal and by morning, everything is clean and tidy. This apartment is right around the corner from the Picasso museum and the Modern Art Museum !! The metro is literally a minute away and fantastic food and supplies so close. Less than 10 minutes to La Boqueria and chocolate street. I am a middle aged solo female traveller and felt 100% safe and comfy here. I felt spoiled really. Fantastic apartment !! Fantastic management !

  Fab apartment with good sized rooms. Very clean and tidy. Excellent location within walking distance of many attractions, shops and restaurants. The street was a bit noisy at night but wasn't really a problem. Couldn't get up to the roof terrace as the door wouldn't open but we didn't spend long enough at the apartment to need this anyway. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good sized and well located apartment perfect for a group of tourists!

  The apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance of many of the attractions you might want to visit, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. It is well furnished with 3 bedrooms and a large living/dining room area, with access to a lovely roof terrace. It is also very well air conditioned so it never feels too hot even when it's scorching outside. Highly recommended

  The apartmente was exactly as disribed and very clean. The guy waiting for us was very gentle and we have no problem at all. The place is in the very center of the city and it's near the best monuments of Bracelona. During the weekend you could listen some noise from the street in the night.

  Hi, our vacation was great in Barcelona. Our old apartment was clean and cosy, good space, and nice bathroom. However the apartment was very cold inside, we had to get outside to get warm..... location was great, close to restaurangs and shops. We would like to come back to Barcelona next year! from 4 ladies in Sweden

  I always stay here when in Barcelona. Great flat in the Born area, where there's a fab balance of tourists, locals, bars, restaurants and trendy boutiques. Alley is a bit dark and it may take a bit to get your bearings but if you fancy some of the old authentic Barcelona, this is your best bet.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung in angesagtem Viertel der Altstadt, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, sauber, großzügig, ordentliche Betten. Wir haben hier zu viert eine wunderbare Märzwoche verbracht. Zu Fuß zum Meer, zu Fuß auf die Ramblas - alles kein Problem. Für weiter entfernte Ziele: Die U-Bahnstation Jaume I. ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man sich sonnen (wofür ein paar bequeme Liegestühle noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I wären) oder, wenn man richtig motiviert ist, auch essen. Dazu muss man dann allerdings alle Utensilien fünf Stockwerke nach oben schleppen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer engen romantischen Gasse. Vorteil: kein Autoverkehr. Nachteil: In den ersten Stock kommt wenig Licht. Was für den Sommer vermutlich wieder ein Vorteil sein dürfte, denn so heizen die Zimmer nicht so auf :-) Sehr geräuschempfindliche Mitmenschen sind hier falsch: Das Nachtleben von Barcelona beginnt spät, dauert dafür aber umso länger und auch tagsüber bekommt man von der hautengen Nachbarschaft so einiges mit. Trotzdem: Gerne wieder!
