Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers 11 pools, with one directly on the beach and a club house, four tennis courts, Shuffleboard, 18 holes putt-putt, and 24-hour security. It is located in the heart of "The Strip" with everything in walking distance, including Wal-Mart, Ripleys Believe It or Not, and many new restaurants.
Our townhouse is located next to one of the heated pools, with putt-putt and Shuffleboard just a few feet from our back door. There are two bedrooms, both with a full sized bath connected and a new queen-sized mattresses. Downstairs there is a half bath, sunroom, a fully furnished living room, kitchen, and two twin Coleman inflatable mattresses for the young children. The unit has new "16" tile floor throughout the first floor, new carpeting on stairs and in both bedrooms, new plantation blinds, and many decorator touches.
The tiled lanai offers outdoor living, with indoor advantages. This is a great ad-on for a quiet afternoon of reading, or viewing the kids playing miniature golf. The unit is coveniently located to a heated pool for a quick swim every morning, or a short walk to the exercise facility nearby.

Year Purchased: 2002
Nancy & Barbara (left and right)have been friends for over 25 years. We have owned property together for most of that time. When we bought the townhouse in Gulf Highlands we planned to use it for family vacations and a great place for friends to visit. We have tried to make a family orientated vacation spot for everyone, that is comforatable, clean, and attractive. Many of our renters are repeat vacation goers, who have also made this their family place to stay. In the picture is Barbara's sister who makes a yearly trip to the condo with her friends and family.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf Highlands
We chose to buy the property in Gulf Highlands because it is a gated community, across from one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA, and it is a family friendly place to stay. The location has been ideal for all the families that have stayed in the unit. There is easy access to the gulf beaches, with our own beach and beach pool. Restaurants are close by, as well as Pier Park, WalMart, and other retail stores for shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse Condominium
The unique benefits for staying at our unit in Gulf Highlands is the close proximity to the beaches and convenient parking by the front door. You can load and unload your car within steps of the front entrance, and the two assigned parking spaces are yours. The unit has two seperate bedrooms with attached baths, and a half bath downstairs. At the rear of the townhouse is a screened in lanai, within sight of the heated pool. Miniature golf is also steps away.

I decided at the last minute to take my teenage son on a week vacation in PCB Florida. Your condo was a perfect setting. You asked us to take delivery on new beds and agreed to do so. The beds in both bedrooms were great, but the one in the guest bedroom was "awesome". We all found things to do, like golf, water sports and fishing. What a great trip and a great place to stay.
