- Two air conditioning/heating units, one for each floor. Fully furnished kitchen, cookware, dishes, silverware. Sheets, pillows, comforters/bedspreads are provided but not bath towels or wash clothes. Stacked washer/dryer. Two king beds, one queen bed and two bunk beds with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top. Please, No Smoking inside. There is a city ordinance against unlicensed fireworks and grilling on upper decks.

Year Purchased: 2004
We have always had a dream to own a beach house on the Gulf.
We live on a Llama/Alpaca farm in North Alabama.
We are not able to get away as often as we would like so we decided to share our place by making it available on Vacation Rentals by Owner.

Gulf Shores is a beautiful area and it is the closest beach to our home.
