Oceania fourth floor unit #404 overlooking pool. Professionally decorated Platinum level unit with 60 foot floor to ceiling glass. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, over 550 feet of sandy beach shared only by the 71 units in Oceania.
Three professionally decorated bedrooms each have private baths with granite counter tops. Master bath also includes jetted bathtub and separate shower. Master suite has king bed,the other 2 bedrooms have queens.
The living room and dining room have sliders to access a 40 foot covered balcony that overlooks the pool and Gulf.Two bedrooms are equipped with 32 inch LCD TV's,Master has a 37 inch LCD and living room has a 42 inch LCD TV. DVD's and VCR's are in all bedrooms and each has newly installed carpet. Dining room, Living room and Kitchen have 18x18 ceramic tile.
A separate wet bar and large capacity ice maker adjoin the dining area. Kitchen counter tops are also granite. New SS appliances.
Entry door has push button lock which eliminates the need to carry
a slide card. Also included is a gate remote for ease of entry.
