Oceania fourth floor unit #404 overlooking pool. Professionally decorated Platinum level unit with 60 foot floor to ceiling glass. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, over 550 feet of sandy beach shared only by the 71 units in Oceania.
Three professionally decorated bedrooms each have private baths with granite counter tops. Master bath also includes jetted bathtub and separate shower. Master suite has king bed,the other 2 bedrooms have queens.
The living room and dining room have sliders to access a 40 foot covered balcony that overlooks the pool and Gulf.Two bedrooms are equipped with 32 inch LCD TV's,Master has a 37 inch LCD and living room has a 42 inch LCD TV. DVD's and VCR's are in all bedrooms and each has newly installed carpet. Dining room, Living room and Kitchen have 18x18 ceramic tile.
A separate wet bar and large capacity ice maker adjoin the dining area. Kitchen counter tops are also granite. New SS appliances. Entry door has keypad, also included are two gate remotes for easy access.

I just returned home today from a week in this lovely condo. I have no complaints. It was perfect. The location, the view, the beach and pool......all perfect!!!!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I just recently had the pleasure of taking my family down to the Oceania for the first time in August. I was immediately taken back by the sure luxury of the condo. The condo had been extremely well maintained, and the owner went out of his way to make sure that our vacation was a wonderful one. The only thing that I didn't like about the condo was having to leave it when our vacation was over! I would recommend this rental to anyone! My family and I are already planning a return visit for next summer!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
