Ideal two bedroom end unit on second floor of small complex. Just one block from the ocean, you can see the water from the kitchen window. Unit is newly updated and the Pearl of the Sea complex was recently recognized by the City of Cape Canaveral for its renovation and beautification project.
The courtyard is lush with tropical plants, and the balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the Florida sunshine. We love small, well-behaved dogs.
Pearl of the Sea is one block from the Atlantic Ocean and a pristine beach with surf fishing, swimming, surfing a lots of other fun. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier is one mile away -- public transportation runs in front of the complex -- and Port Canaveral, home to numerous ocean cruise liners and free daily gambling cruise boats, is minutes away. Kennedy Space Center is 15 minutes north -- launches may be viewed from the beach.
The Orlando International Airport is a 45 minutes drive, and you can reach Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and other Central Florida attractions in less than an hour.
