Swim in your own private pool or relax in your private hot tub in this secluded compound. Your own boats or jet skis can be used from this estate located on three water lots.
Fishing is great most of the year from your own dock and you can even see the fish before catching them with the fishing lights! Five separate living areas are included in this fabulous rental so several families can have their privacy.
Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Nine TV's; VCR; Disc Payer; CD Player; Four refrigerators; two ice makers; fenced yard.
Linens and towels are not included. Linens and towels can be furnished at $12.00 per person.
This house is by the bay on a private cove. The beach is 1.2 miles across island.
Pool can be heated for actual gas cost. Est. cost in Spring and fall of $350/week-end; $650/week. Winter depends on temperature.

There are 1 King; 7 queens; 1 double and 4 twin beds (including a day bed w/ trundle and a hospital bed.
There are five separate living areas. 1) Main living area upstairs. Master bedroom with King bed and bath with shower and jacuzzi tub and guest bedroom with queen bed and bath with jacuzzi tub. 2) Living area over water with one small bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Trundle bed with 2 twin beds with bath, shower and large living area. This area also has a kitchenette. 3) Two bedrooms downstairs which share a bath between them with a shower. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a queen bed. 4) One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and bath with a shower, jacuzzi tub. 5) One bedroom downstairs with a queen and private bath.
There are three wet bars within the property. One upstairs on deck overlooking water, one in living area over water and one by the pool with outdoor kitchen. Each of there bars has a sink and refrigerator.
The newly remodeled pool area boasts a new lighting system with 12 different multiple light settings.
$100.00 non refundable pet deposit. ($250.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if the pet is not declared.)

I rented this beach house for labor day weekend 2010 and it was simply beautiful. This house is amazing and my family will not stop talking about it. We had so much fun and plenty of space to roam around in . The two kitchens were a plus we would cook breakfast downstairs and dinner upstairs.This house has so much to offer singles and families.It was the best rental ever and I will rent it again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I got married last September and didn't want a big wedding or reception, so we decided to rent this beach house so that both our families could be there and get to know each other. I must say that this is by far the best place for large family gatherings. The view was awesome and the kids loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Overall, we're definitely going to rent again and the owner was very easy to work and very kind and understanding. We had such a wonderful wedding weekend and it was definitely a memorable one!! Everything was just perfect! I brought my Girl Scout Troop here for a week long stay. There was room for all 20 of us to spread out yet still be close together. All the sights we wanted to see were in a 30 minute time area. The pool was the BOMB! I am so glad we stayed here.

We recently rented this house for our retreat, and it was breath taking! We have rented retreat houses for the past 10 years and nothing compares to this one! Its huge, and has amazing amenities! The owner is easy to deal with and great! i HIGHLY reccomend this!

We stayed for one weekend. This place is so big that we would have to actually look for each other. The kids had a blast fishing under the lights and swimming in the pool. The owner was very esy to deal with. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend. We are already planning for next year.

We stayed in this house for just a weekend but wish it could have been a week!! It was our one private compound. Swimming and hot tub were great. Fishing was awsome. Can't wait to book again.
