Mountain Serenity is a new and spacious four bedroom, three and a half bath home located in the heart of Colorado Ski Country, in the Wilderness sub-division of Silverthorne, in Summit County, Colorado - Gateway to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek; and, approximately five minutes from many great restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, Target, and 70 factory outlet stores.
This beautiful home backs to the national forest with mountain views off the living room and master on the top floor; and, access to numerous hiking trails for walking or biking. Just steps away from the house, is the year-round free Summit Stage shuttle which services all Summit County Ski Resorts and towns. This house is great for family get togethers.
There are premier finishes throughout the home including hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and, a private hot tub on the deck. Every room in the house is wired for cable television and every bedroom has a TV/VCR/DVD Player. There is a 55 inch Wide-screen LCD TV with Blu-ray player in the main living room and, a 50 inch Wide-Screen TV in the Second Living Room Area. Wi-Fi wireless internet is available throughout the house and, for the Children's enjoyment, there's a Play Station 2 in the bunk room hooked up to a 32" TV.
There are two beautiful living room areas (one in each level of the home).
