Awesome place in Panama City Beach!!!!!

Ginger I can't thank you enough for all the great things you did for us!! This was the first time we went on vacation with another family and I was a little worried we would not have enough room, we had 4 adults and 3 children and we all loved your condo and had more than enough room for all of us. I also want to say you were the easiest person to work with it, I felt like I knew you as a friend not just someone wanting to rent their condo. We absolutely loved the view from our balcony it was nice to enjoy the patio after the kids were a sleep since they are on the other end of the condo and we all felt very safe there, the kids loved it too because they had their own space. Also the new hardwoods are beautiful just like the pictured showed, the condo was decorated very tasteful and more plush than expected. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer and the included beach chairs were so nice not to mention they loved the boogie boards. I also want to say it is in a great location, as my 5 year old told me it was close to (the fair) meaning pier park and across the street from Starbucks Mommy's favorite also sharkys being right there with the playground was great also. We all had a fabulous time and will definitely be calling you back next year!!! Thanks again Ginger you helped make our Sept 2011 vacation unforgettable also being there 10 days was very much needed!!!! By the way the water was crystal clear we found some awesome shells!!

This condo was exactly as described and more. It had everything you need and was beautiful. The resort was wonderful and convienient to everything. Ginger was very easy to work with and made our trip even better when she gave us a free nite!! Thanks again Ginger. The Baker Family

After dropping our youngest off at college, we were ready for our very first "empty nest" vacation and were fortunate enough to connect with Ginger at Big Dog. We rented the two bedroom and were very pleased. The ocean front view was fantastic and there were no long waits for the elevator that we had experienced at other resorts. The pool area was very nice and the Tiki Bar was a plus. My wife loved being able to walk to Starbucks every morning. If you are also looking to exercise, the gym area in more than adequate with both free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and machines. The condo itself was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. We had everything we needed and then some. The beach chair service that was included was very nice and will save you a lot of $$$ you would otherwise need to spend. We would not hesitate to go back and look forward to doing so. Thanks, Ginger, for a memorable vacation!

Loved this condo! I rented for a short girls getaway. My only complaint is that it wasn't long enough.Very comfy and nicely decorated.Also, the owner was very pleasant to deal with.

we just had a great time. condo was very clean. 3rd bunk room was nice to have. great art work and extras. Sunrise is a good location. we were close to ball fields. GREAT workout gym on site. Ginger is very good to work with! we recommend and say thanks. Kristin- atlanta

We stayed for a long weekend in September and the condo was beautiful! Looks just like the pictures show, very clean and very comfortable. You would be very happy at this condo and the kids loved the pool and mushroom/splash area.
