This awesome 2,400+ square foot vacation home is located at #9 Pine Cone Lane on a large private lot. There is a filtered view of the fifth fairway of the Meadows Golf Course and it is just a short walk to the Big Deschutes River, Fishing and Tennis. The Sunriver Resort Lodge area with the south swimming pool, tennis courts and other area amenities is equally close. Home amenities include a private Hot Tub and Pool Table, Foosball, Play Station 2, Gas Barbeque, Cable TVs with DVDs and VCRs, Fax, Printer and High Speed Wireless Internet Access!
Living Area: The home has recently been remodeled with upgraded furnishings. The living area features cathedral ceilings that give the home a light and airy feeling. A large stone fireplace in the living room adds warmth in the winter. Don't miss all the favorite games stored in the cupboards & closets including Scrabble, Monopoly, Sorry, Chess, Checkers, Stratego, and Jigsaw Puzzles. There is a newer 35-inch screen TV with DVD and VCR, stereo system with CD player and high speed wireless internet access.
Pool Room: Adjoining the Living Room is a Large Pool/Family Room with a Pool Table, Foosball, Play Station 2, a woodburning fire stove, and plenty of seating. The couch converts to a queen size bed. With great views of the Deck and 5th Fairway through the oversized windows, this will be the center of activity!
Kitchen and Dining: The updated kitchen is open to the dining area with a large table and vaulted ceilings. There is a work area with a printer/fax and both wired and wireless internet access. The large deck and private hot tub is directly outside.
Bedrooms and Loft: Downstairs are two bedrooms with a bath adjoining the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom has two pyramid style bunk beds which can sleep up to 6. In addition, there is an open loft that includes a double convertible couch.
Deck and Hot Tub: From the living area there is direct access to a large deck with tables, gas barbecue and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the side of the home, with a privacy screen and room for seating and socializing.
Parking and Bikes: There is a double car garage with additional paved parking area. Four adult bikes and one children's bike provided for guests. Also miscellaneous sleds and snow fun items are provided.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of central Oregon's recreational paradise. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our family has been visiting Sunriver since 1999, and it has become a home away from home. Sunriver is the optimal location for summer and winter activities. Every time someone visits for the first time we hear, "I had no idea what a perfect vacation location this is". We have always had the same experience and we wanted to own a home in this area. There are so many amazing things to do that we have always had great vacations. Kayaking, canoeing, and rafting, rock climbing, trail and road biking, swimming, and of course, golf, tennis and skiing! There is so much to do that everybody ends their vacation happy and feeling like they did something for themselves.

This house is terrific for large families with children of all ages. The hot tub, pool table, bikes and membership at Maveriks are just some of the things that make this house so perfect for families. This was our second stay at #9 Pinecone and our family of 10 all agree that we will return in the future.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We rented this house for my family's summer vacation in Sunriver. The house is very spacious and comfortable, the pool table was a lot of fun. We especially appreciated the use of the bikes. The house is close to the Deschutes so we could walk to the river and drop in with rafts. Thank you for everything, we would certainly stay here again if we go back to Sunriver!

We had 3 families in this house over the 4th of July weekend and we all enjoyed it. We squeezed everyone in with the help of the hide-a-bed and futon. The real life saver for us, because the kids enjoyed it so much, was the 4 adult bicycles and the pool table at the house. The three 10 year girls rode the bikes around the cul de sac in a circle for what was probably miles.:) And the adults and kids enjoyed playing a game of pool when things would settle down a little. It was also nice being so close to the river. The two older boys walked their rafts down the road to the launch point then floated down the river for over an hour. If I were to say anything negative it would be that the kitchen seemed a bit small. But with the open partition between the kitchen and the dining area it made it easier. Before renting this house I comminicated directly with the owner who was very friendly and quick to reply, which I really appreciated.

We spent four days wonderful days with our family over Christmas in Sunriver, this fullfilled my Bucket List of having a White Christmas. We had stayed in Sunriver a few years ago and had a great time. This was the first year in this house but it was great with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and was fully equipped. We were blessed with a foot of new snow to give us plenty of winter activities, such as skiing, sledding, and snowball fights. We would highly recommend the home for a vacation destination. The house was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The pool table room was great. I packed more then we needed because the house had almost every small appliance that you would need. We did pack extra towels because of the hot tub and swimming at the Maverick center. They gave you firewood so you could have a cozy fire going at all times and Village properties had a offer, for a small charge, to have a Christmas tree delivered and set up in the home before we got there. We are talking about planning a summer get together there with the biking, hiking and golf.

We had a three generational get together over the Christmas holidays at 9 Pine Cone, Sun River and just loved it. Sun River is very beautiful and this home is very cozy and has every amenity we desired. We loved the big fireplace as well as the very warming wood stove in the room with the pool table, overlooking the golf course. The house was spotless! Our party consisted of five adults and six children(oldest eight) and we were very comfortable and entertained. We made snow men, sledded, hot tubbed and cooked great meals and drank good wine. Our family looks forward to a return visit soon.

This is a lovely home in the heart of Sunriver, with lots of room and great views overlooking the golf course. It also has a private hot tub for winding down after a long day of bike riding, golfing and skiing! We will definitely be back.

We had a great time here - cozy home! We skied at Mt. Bachelor, did cross country on the golf course and had an overall fabulous time. The kids played in the back yard snow and played pool in the evening. You'll love Sunriver.

What a beautiful,spacious and clean resort home! Great for family, friends and group entertainment. Right on the golf course. Has all the amenities you need and easy access to local restaurants. Must experience once and you'll be back.
