This is the third time we have stayed in this condo at the Esplanade and it only gets better every year. The unit has recently been painted, there are new window treatments and ceiling fans throughout, internet access and lovely new furniture. The weather was perfect for the entire 10 days and we lounged by the pool and at the beach daily. Afternoon cocktails on the beautiful balcony with an unbelievable view of Smokehouse Bay added to our happy hours. The restaurants on the island and nearby Naples are outstanding and we enjoyed a different one every evening. My mother & I even pampered ourselves with manicures, pedicures and haircuts at Ricks Spa located right at the Esplanade. We enjoyed live music from CJ's on the Bay on Thursday evening as we relaxed on our private balcony. It was absolutely one of the best vacations ever and we will definitely return next year.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We really enjoyed our vacation week at the Esplanade. The condo was beautiful, the furniture comfortable, and the view from the balconies was superb. The balconies overlook the beautiful marina and waterfront. It was quiet (a "no wake zone" for the boats) but interesting. My kids loved the pool which is heated to a very comfortable temperature. There is also a fitness center and hot tub poolside. They loved watching the fish, dolphins and other aquatic life from the Esplanade docks.Tigertail beach is close by and we had a great time there. Good restaurants are nearby: don't miss the Snook Inn, MeMe's, and Nacho Mamas. We had a great time riding rented bikes in the area. The Everglades are very close and we rode an airboat and saw alligators. My wife and I enjoyed coffee in the morning looking over the marina. I can't say enough good things about our trip to the Esplanade.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

What a perfect vacation!! The condo was clean, beautiful and the view from both balconies was outstanding. What a feeling to wake up every morning to a view of the bay, with boats and palm trees. We had breakfast every morning on the veranda and happy hour every day. The pool area is so enjoyable and it was never crowded. We were walking distance from Tiger Tail Beach and many shops and restaurants! We will definately return to Marco Island and this beautiful condo! Thank you!

Mr. Burns, What a wonderful place to spend our Vacation! We did not leave Esplanade (except to spend a day in Key West). We enjoyed walking to Starbuck Coffee in the mornings and walking to dinner every night. And lets not forget the many visits to Cold Stone Creamery. The unit was very comfortable and well decorated. A nice place to spend a relaxing Vacation. We enjoyed looking out at the bay and watching all the boats. We will be back! We have told all of our friends. Thanks, Kathy & Ed Sims Austin, Texas

Mr. Burns: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your Esplanade condo. Upon arrival, we found this unit to be esquisite. It was very well decorated and has all the amenities of home. Everything we needed was there! We enjoyed the view of the bay and watching others in their boats cruise in to have dinner at one of the fine restaurants located inside the Esplanade. Our daughter enjoyed smimming at the pool every day! We also enjoyed walking around the docks and enjoying a cold scoop of icecream from Cold Stone Creamery, which is also located inside Esplande. The covered parking and security made us feel even more relaxed. It was so peaceful and quiet at nighttime - very relaxing - makes it very hard to have to leave. Marco Island is a wonderful, family-oriented island and your unit made it that much more enjoyable for us. Everything you told us to expect was exactly the way you had described.
