A waterfront residence on Smokehouse Bay. A view or the Bay and Marina from main balcony patio and master bedroom private balcony.

The heated pool and hot tub area includes an exercise room, weights, treadmills, etc. with a glass wall that faces the pool and Bay. Private covered and secure parking. The kitchen has granite counter tops with breakfast island with stools. A large laundry room with laundry sink. A locked up storage room in garage area for bicycles, etc.

The master suite has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Besides the marina, it includes three restaurants (seafood and Italian) for indoor/outdoor dining, Starbucks, Ricks Island Day Spa, Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop.

I also have a boat dock at the marina for rent @ $175.00 a week.

  • What a perfect vacation!! The condo was clean, beautiful and the view from both balconies was outstanding. What a feeling to wake up every morning to a view of the bay, with boats and palm trees. We had breakfast every morning on the veranda and happy hour every day. The pool area is so enjoyable and it was never crowded. We were walking distance from Tiger Tail Beach and many shops and restaurants! We will definately return to Marco Island and this beautiful condo! Thank you!

  • Mr. Burns, What a wonderful place to spend our Vacation! We did not leave Esplanade (except to spend a day in Key West). We enjoyed walking to Starbuck Coffee in the mornings and walking to dinner every night. And lets not forget the many visits to Cold Stone Creamery. The unit was very comfortable and well decorated. A nice place to spend a relaxing Vacation. We enjoyed looking out at the bay and watching all the boats. We will be back! We have told all of our friends. Thanks, Kathy & Ed Sims Austin, Texas

  • Mr. Burns: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your Esplanade condo. Upon arrival, we found this unit to be esquisite. It was very well decorated and has all the amenities of home. Everything we needed was there! We enjoyed the view of the bay and watching others in their boats cruise in to have dinner at one of the fine restaurants located inside the Esplanade. Our daughter enjoyed smimming at the pool every day! We also enjoyed walking around the docks and enjoying a cold scoop of icecream from Cold Stone Creamery, which is also located inside Esplande. The covered parking and security made us feel even more relaxed. It was so peaceful and quiet at nighttime - very relaxing - makes it very hard to have to leave. Marco Island is a wonderful, family-oriented island and your unit made it that much more enjoyable for us. Everything you told us to expect was exactly the way you had described.
