Gorgeous home located at one of the best locations in the beautiful seaside community of Seacrest Beach, Florida. Next door to Rosemary Beach and approximately six miles east of Seaside. Close to upscale shopping and dining. Home is located just around the corner from the 12,000 square foot community pool (the nicest on the Emerald Coast). Plenty of parking. Much to do and no need to drive.
The home is beautifully decorated with four bedrooms; a guest master (king) on the main level with a private bath, the master (king) on the second level with a private bath, and two additional bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds, which share a hall bath. The living room has a queen sleeper and there is a powder room located on the first floor. Washer/ dryer are also located on the first floor. The tower is equipped with a wet bar, mini-fridge, daybed and has a large sundeck, which is also perfect for evening sunsets and stargazing. Home has large wrap-around front porch, decks, and a furnished screened porch. Five TV's with DVD players, and surround stereo throughout the home including the tower sundeck and front porch.
The home is located approximately 200 yards from the beach and the community runs a shuttle service from the front door to help carry coolers, beach toys etc. Designer decorated in a relaxed, soothing style, this home is a true retreat and one of the finest in the community. Ideal for children and family vacations.
