This condo is located on the 17th floor and comes with nine foot ceilings, granite countertops, GE appliances, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, carpet in the living room and bedrooms.
Enjoy the sound of the beach from the spacious living room that has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Do not forget the balcony with the beautiful views. The master suite comes with a king-size bed and access to the balcony. The guest suite offers a queen-size bed. This condo has a bunk room that is perfect for the kids. It offers a set of bunk-beds and this room will have a TV and a plug in for games.
This beautiful resort offers a tropical landscaping, Tiki Bar, Air-conditioned walk-over to free covered parking. Pier Park is now open with restaurants and stores within walking distance. Open now is Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Dillard's, JC Penny's, Marble Slab, Starbucks Coffee, Target, Longhorns Steakhouse, The Grand 16 Theatre and so many more.
For availability, click on the calendar icon and check your desired dates. A $300 booking deposit will hold your reservation with the balance due 30 days before your arrival. Weekly rentals during summer months with Saturday check-in and check-out, but will consider shorter stays. There is a three-night minimum stay during other periods. This condo is very nice and clean and has everything you will need while staying here! I have stayed 2 times and the owner is so nice! Pier Park is a short walk. Had no trouble calling a taxi for places too far to walk. I can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

The best condo. we've stayed at ever! Owners were extremely easy to work with, everything explained very clearly and paper work was simple, no hidden fees. Great location, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, the condo was exactly as pictured on the internet. For the most part was clean you could tell cleaning people didn't touch on some parts, there was candy wrappers under a chair and a piece of ham in fridge, floors in bathroom could have been cleaned a little better but I do have to say I've been to lots of condos and by far this was the cleanest!!!! These details were very minor! Condo was well maintained and felt like home. We were there with a dance group for a national competition and saw lots of different condos in the building and ours was the best!! We would love to go back!! Highly recommend! Thanks to the owners for such a wonderful place to stay!

This place was great! My family and I stayed here in August of 2009 and could not have asked for a better location. Plenty of things to do and keep the kids entertained. This condo is nice.
