New April 2006, 1747 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom condominium in a gated community. Everything from the furniture to the beds to the appliances to the linens in the condo is brand new, right down to the butter knife!
For your convenience, we purchased premium bedding so that there will be no backaches in the morning;(2) inflatable mattresses so you can sleep up to 10; multiple sets of high thread count sheets for improved comfort; multiple sets of bathroom linens; and a multitude of kitchen appliances so that if you choose, you can eat every meal in the condo.
For your comfort and convenience, our condo is smoke-free and pet-free.
Oceanwalk is a gated community located just across the road (A1A, a.k.a. South Atlantic Avenue)from New Smyrna Beach. Our Condo is in building #10 which means that the walk from your door to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach will take you less than five minutes. This beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas.
Even though it is only a short walk to the beach, Oceanwalk now offers a shuttle service from your front door to the public beach access. All you have to do is place a call and reserve a time slot!
Besides the amenities listed below, there is a big screen TV in the family room with DVD & VCR players, TV's and DVD players in every bedroom with video game hook-ups.
The Oceanwalk condo complex consists of all new buildings with loads of amenities such as tennis, basketball, shuffle board, a generous swimming pool, a hot tub, clubhouse with exercise equipment and a sauna, plus easy access to the amusement parks in Orlando, the famous Daytona International Speedway which features racing on select dates and track tours year round, the Kennedy Space Center and much, much more!
Additionally, New Smyrna Beach is known for their quaint cafes, numerous antique shops, plentiful shopping opportunities and New Smyrna Beach earned the distinction of being named one of the "100 Best Small Art Towns in America"
