We had an amazing time in this apartment. The location could not be better with the beach right outside the door. There are some good restaurants just a short walk away. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay and it is even more beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The service we received from the owners was great. They are always available for your every need and will make you feel very welcome. When we go to Saint Martin again we will definitely be staying at the same apartment! I'm a Homeaway owner with a rental property in Florida and this was my first time staying at another Homeaway property. The attention to detail, amenities, assistance and comfort of the apartment has encouraged me to do more for our Florida tenants. My wife and I enjoyed being on the French side, near Marigot and less than 1km from quiet Rouge Beach. At Nettle Bay we typically used the pool which was 50m away and generally quiet. This apartment is modern with a comfortable bed and pull out sofabeds. It also has an outdoor grill and covered dining area which we took advantage of. Overall, the owners make you feel right at home and will help you with any questions you might have. The tennis courts are a bit worn and dated but fine for our purposes. Racquets are available in the condo if you don't want to bring your own. I look forward to visiting this property and beautiful island again. I'd also encourage renting a car to explore the best of the island. There is plenty of parking in the gated community. 2 semaines d'excellentes vacances où la résidence et l'appartement y sont pour beaucoup, sans oublier l'accueil et la gentillesse de Marie-Laure. La propriété est conforme aux photos, l'appartement très bien équipé ; la résidence est très propre, bien entretenu, de même que les piscines et les plages. Corbeille de fruits et vin à l'arrivée, raquettes et balles de tennis à disposition ainsi que des serviettes de plage, une très bonne pizzeria en face de la résidence (quartier général de nos 3 enfants), de très bons restos à proximité (à pied) de la résidence et de très bons conseils de Marie-laure pour les restos, les plages, les visites entre autre ... je recommande sans hésiterOwner response: Un grand merci à vous jolie et adorable famille, à vous revoir bientôt Marie-Laure

L'accueil et la gentillesse de Marie-Laure vous donnent de suite le sourire. C'était un séjour PARFAIT dans ce joli 2 pièces très très bien équipé (nous n'avons manqué de rien!), joliment décoré et dont l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'île. La résidence est sécurisée et bien entretenue. Un séjour splendide, un appartement fidèle aux photos, propre et fonctionnel. Tout est présent pour passé des vacances de rêve! La télé (immense écran plat) est a ajouté au photo. La piscine et la plage a 30 mètres ainsi que des propriétaires on ne peut plus sympathique et dont je vous conseille de suivre les conseils vis à vis des restaurants et endroits merveilleux à voir de l'île ! Un voyage qui s'est déroulé sans aucun problème pour venir ternir ce beau lieu des Caraïbes et que je vous souhaite à tous de passé !Owner response: Merci beaucoup pour ce gentil message, nous sommes ravis de vous avoir reçus avec votre famille et espérons vous revoir une prochaine fois dans notre petit paradis...
