Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We purchased the home for our parents. Back in 2000, we had plans for an addition to our home. During this time my neighbor and I were talking over the fence. On a lark he had bought another larger home a few doors down on a few acres. He passionately expressed how he deplored the home selling process. Since his home is next door, his price was less than our planned addition and we were friends, I bought the home. Our parents are now in their mid-eighties and don't travel much so we open the home to delightful people from around the world.
The Unique Benefits at this Private House
Anyone who plays piano will love accoustics of the Petroff grand piano. One pianist said that they played piano each night while looking out at the Park City's night skiing lights with a full moon and thought they'd died and gone to heaven. Some like sitting in the sunshine on the covered deck or BBQing. Most tell me they love the jacuzzi and the spectacular views of Iron Mountain at the end of a day in the mountains. Many enjoy ping pong, foose ball, board games, DVD's, libarary, the bikes or the snow hill sleds. Some folks use the treadmill, others just like to walk to the barn. Homemakers like the kitchen or the super efficient LG front loader washer and dryer. Everybody raves about the mattresses topped with high thread count linens. The home has big picture windows... giving views of Park City Mountain Resort, the aspens, iron mountain and the pine trees. Everyone likes the convenient location that's close to the resorts. In the summer, guests are amazed that the Round Valley mountain biking or hiking trails are accessed directly from the home. Tennis players love that there are 7 indoor courts at the racket club around the corner. The heated garage makes it easier to load up the car and go to the resort on a cold winter's morning. The children like to make snowmen in the huge yard. All winter guests love to build a roaring fire and spend a toasty evening together with friends and family in Park City.

Moved to Park City from Florida. Love skiing, mountain biking, golfing, water skiing, fishing, camping hiking and anything outdoors. Park City is an amazing community with exceptional people. This past year we celebrated our 25th anniversary and are the parents of two teenagers. As a family, we enjoy traveling and music.
