We are located less than 1km from the beach of 'Salines' and about 7km from that of St. Anne on the 'territory' of Gosier on Grande Terre. This central position will allow you to radiate throughout the archipelago while enjoying the tourist infrastructure of the town of Gosier.
Each 'gite' has a lounge, a kitchenette, a terrace, a bedroom upstairs and a covered parking space below.

We spent two weeks at the location and we had a great time. The appartement is very nice and has all comfort, that you need, including a good working AC in the bedroom, microwave, WiFi, TV ... When we arrived, everything was nicely prepared and our host Vincent provided some fruit, coffee, juice and milk. He was very nice and courteous. It was very helpful for us, that he speaks English so he could give us some advice. The whole handling went very well, so we can recommend the place. Vincent was extremely laid-back and very helpful. His house is beautiful and they were very gracious in offering food when we arrived late in the day after a long 90km bike ride. The house is in a quiet compound...only a few other houses on the street, and his directions were perfect -- it was super easy to find the house. Only 10 minutes by foot to the beach. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer than 2 nights next time.Owner response: thank you for your comments and may be see you again here or elsewhere

Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, hyper fonctionnel, tout neuf et très agréable (structure en bois, terrasse). Les propriétaires se sont montrés très attentionnés en nous orientant par téléphone jusqu'au gîte, en mettant à disposition la machine à laver ainsi que des jouets et un lit pour notre fille de 18 mois. La terrasse du gîte est parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants ; néanmoins ce n'est pas le cas de l'escalier qui monte à la chambre, même si cela ne nous a pas particulièrement gênés (notre fille est habituée aux escaliers). Le gîte se trouve dans un endroit très calme, et facilement accessible en voiture (même si ce n'est pas très évident à trouver la première fois !). Il est idéalement situé entre le Gosier (10 min du supermarché, poste, etc) et Sainte-Anne (15 min du village, 20 min des plages); la voiture est néanmoins indispensable !Did you find this review helpful? Bel appartement récent, idéal pour le farniente et le repos situé dans une zone champêtre et bucolique. La grande terrasse permet de profiter pleinement de la vue sur la mer en prenant son repas. Le gite est parfaitement ventilé et nous n'avons pas eu recours à la clim, l'équipement de la cuisine est totalement satisfaisant et le barbecue est fort appréciable. Vincent Tocchio reste toujours disponible pour un petit renseignement dans une discrétion totale. Si le véhicule est indispensable, l'accès aux plages du Gosier, Ste Anne et St François, Pointe des chevaux (les plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe) se fait sans problème ainsi que la visite de la Grande Terre. Pour la visite de la Soufrière et des Saintes il est préferable de partir tôt ou en week end (1 h de route). Super marchés et boulangeries sur la route des retours (Super U de St Félix complet et de petite taille permettant la réalisation des achats sans perte de temps excessive). Nous recommandons fortement ce gite (2 à 4 personnes) à ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la Guadeloupe en journée et profiter d'un endroit calme et reposant en soirée. Je voulais juste apporter une petite rectification pour ceux qui le liront, je pense que lorsque vous parlez de "la pointe des chevaux", il s'agit en fait de "la pointe des chateaux" à l'extrémité Est de Grande Terre.
