Our villa is professionally decorated, SMOKE FREE AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Enjoy the beautiful ocean and sound views from the top floor of the front and back porch. After a long day at the beach, enjoy our comfortable high-end patio furniture and sip a cocktail, or two and enjoy an amazing sunset with unobstructed views. We have a beautiful man made canal with bright blue water, a water fountain, turtles, ducks and fish. Our villa towers over the two story community across the canal for perfect views.
Our Villa boasts an island theme with cheery colors which will put you in a tropical state of mind. Our villa has vaulted ceilings in the living room due to being on the third floor. Our villa is very sunny as we do not have a covered porch above us. This is a bonus whereas we can truly enjoy the sunshine inside and outside in the mid-late afternoon. We have a gourmet fully equipped kitchen with corian counter tops, seating for eight in our large dining room, five bar stools for additional seating at the kitchen bar, a large gorgeous sunny living room with two full couches, large flat screen t.v., beautiful views from the top floor and three luxurious bedrooms with two full-size beds in 2 of the rooms and one queen size bed and full size bed in the other room. Each bedroom boasts a unique Hawaiian theme and comes with a 20 inch LCD Flat screen TV with DVD player, and a radio/alarm clock/CD player and a private bath. We have a washer & dryer to make life easy for you.
The beach is just a hop, skip, and a jump away You can check the waves from the front porch! Surf or Boogie Board some of the best waves at Ocean Isle Beach right in front of the resort. While enjoying your stay you will have full access to the Islander Resort pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, locker rooms and bathrooms, Tiki bar, tennis courts and a four star restaurant where you can dine in or out. At night enjoy the resort entertainment at the Tiki Bar.
While enjoying your stay you may want to venture out to Myrtle Beach and Historic, Wilmington, NC where you will encounter an abundance of activities. Don't forget there are over 40 Championship Golf Courses around Ocean Isle Beach!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Miss "Elaine" Ous over the week of July 4, 2006. The penthouse is decorated in a tasteful tropical theme, and every inch of the unit was pristine. From our initial email contact to the return of the secuity deposit, it is obvious that the owners are wonderful people to deal with. The unit was wonderful in every way, and we cannot wait to return to the laid back family style of Ocean Isle Beach. It was a perfect get away for all of us. We love atmosphere at the Islander Resort. We enjoy the unobstructed Sunset views off our back porch. The elevator and covered parking are great perks. The ocean views from the front porch are beautiful and the Pool/Restaurant club area is very unique and all handicapped accessible.
