Upscale and Beautifully Decorated Condo!!

This condo was great and I have nothing negative to say about it! It is a newer, modern unit that has been beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings. One of the things we liked most was the abundance of seating in the dining and living rooms. The leather sofas felt great after a long day on the slopes. It has one of the best locations in Fox Point and is a minute walk to the shops in the trendy Redstone Village. Jim was very prompt, flexible, and accommodating during the reservation process. One of the best experiences I’ve had when renting through VRBO. You can't go wrong with this condo!!

This condo was just as nice as it was advertised. Really nice leather couches, a beautiful kitchen, wonderfully spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and the most comfortable "rental" bed I've ever slept on in the Master Bedroom. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great, as was the garage. No scraping the car after an overnight snowfall. The owner and his family are the nicest people you'd ever meet. There was a minor problem at check-in, but Jim fixed it quickly and more than adequately. I am happy I got to meet him and put a face to the e-mails. The condo is right next to the Redstone shopping district. The movie theater is WONDERFUL and there are several nice restaurants that are within walking distance. All the Park City resorts are within a few minutes' drive. Overall, a great experience. I would certainly recommend this condo to a friend and would love to return for my trip to Park City! My first time staying here for the Sundance festival and found the place to be convenient to the festival. The condo is immaculate and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the place. The owner is accommodating and easy to work with. Hope to be back next year...

Wonderful condo to vacation in Park City! The condo is spacious, excellent decor, and wonderful for coming back from a day of skiing and cooking a wonderful dinner with friends/family! The location is perfect in Redstone within short walking distance to wonderful stores, restaurants, and whole foods! :) The bus system is literally a minute walk from the condo and takes you everywhere you need for skiing/snowboarding, movies, events, bars and restaurants all into the main street of park city! Great experience, thanks Jim for making it very easy and accommodating! Our vacation was incredible - can't wait to go back!!

We have been spending several Christmas breaks in Park City and have stayed at this condo now for the second time. We would highly recommend it for cleanliness, comfort, convenience and echo the comments of others -- being able to ski several different resorts easily reached from this location. Although located close to various shops it is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. In summary, a great alternative to staying slope side!

Christmas 2009 found us traveling from the East to Park City to meet up with our family for 5 days. The time spent there was extra special - the condo was wonderfully equipped and decorated and in the perfect location !

This location is perfect for keeping your options open to all that Park City has to offer! We love that so much is literally within walking distance of the condo - great shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would love to visit every year. No need to continue looking - you won't find a nicer owner to work with than Jim!

Returned safely to NJ yesterday and we had a wonderful vacation. We spent most of our days on the mountain, evenings in and around Park City and what a pleasure it was returning at the end of our adventures to the condominium. The decor was beautiful, the accommodations were warm and comfortable which made the vacation that much more enjoyable. The layout of the unit easily handled two adults and three children. The location was perfect for traveling as we skied a different mountain each day, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Canyons and we even headed over to Powder Mountain. It was also perfect for the children, ages 13 thru 16, as the Red Stone Village gave them a chance to explore the area shops. The administrative process was simple and the customer service excellent. I would certainly recomend this unit and stay again on a returning trip.

Great location for skiing! We skied 5 resorts in 5 days. Lots of room; convenient to everything; comfortable furniture; and excellent communications from the owner! A definite recommendation, and I hope we can come back next year.

We loved the Condo at Park City. It is just as the pictures advertised! Model perfect! My group consisted of 4 girls and we loved how convenient the condo is to whole foods, a movie theater, restaurants, shopping and the Canyons. Downtown Park City is only a 10 min drive from the condo. This is a beautiful condo with great beds and furniture. It really feels like a model home with all the extras and a very bright modern floor plan. The owner was wonderful to work with. He was very prompt in answering questions, securing the week we wanted and returning our deposit money. When I go to Park City I will try to stay here every time.

we just got back from a FABULOUS ski trip....conditions and service at Deer Valley could not be matched! our choice of condo was based on need for an appealing, comfortable place for two families (total 3 kids under 10) and it was perfect for us! a VERY atrractive place with place to keep our things out of the way AND enjoy meals, tv and game time, etc. owner is exceptionally accommodating and organized.....a real pleasure!

Great Snow and Fabulous accommodations! We will happily stay here again when we return to Park City. The rental process was extremely efficient, and the condo had every amenity we needed, including internet access. Great proximity to stores, restaurants, and the ski areas.

Our Stay in this Condo was wonderful. It was the perfect size, clean, beautifuly decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. My children really felt at home. It was a very nice place but yet felt very cozy and at home. Everything was near by; grocery store, movie theater, hair and nail salon and of course the all important Starbucks, all within walking distance. Thanks again

This Condo is everything it says. We are a family of 5 and there was more than enough room. The quality of everything is great and there really is everything you could think of in the kitchen. The location was excellent, so easy to get a take out and so many choices. We would recommend this Condo to any friends.

Our family of five stayed in this unit July 2006. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent too. We enjoyed the easy walk to movies, restaurants, ice cream, an organic grocery store, etc. Plus, there is a great walking path along the meadow. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic unit. Brand new with walking access to the Redstone shopping center. Just minutes away from all three Park City ski resorts and Main Street. The unit is professionally decorated with quality furniture and all the amenities of Home. Definitely rates a return visit!!!
