This beautifully decorated three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home, features a two story great room with fireplace, solar heated pool, third story bonus room that over looks the ocean and is within walking distance of the beach, without crossing Atlantic Avenue.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave and Jenn-Aire stove top grill. Cooking utensils and eating utensils are provided. The kitchen/dining area has a breakfast bar as well as a more formal dining area. The two story great room features a floor to ceiling fireplace and several cozy seating areas. The garage houses the washer and dryer as well as a utility sink that makes a great place to store those wet bathing suits.
The pool area is stunning with lovely tropical plants surrounding the perimeter of the yard. The solar & heat pump pool heating systems keeps the pool at just the right temperature year round. Connected to the pool is an in-ground hot tub that cascades into the pool. An outdoor shower is provided for those quick rinse offs after a day at the beach.
The second floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite overlooks the great room through a stained glass shuttered window. The deck off of the master bedroom overlooks the pool area. With the sliding doors open, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The master bath features a separate shower/toilet area with pocket door and a separate built in vanity.
The second bedroom has twins beds and a tropical theme. The third bedroom has a full size bed. The third floor bonus room is a great place to get away and enjoy the view. It features twin pop up trundle bed, a wet bar with fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker. A deck off the third floor is a great place to sit and relax while watching the waves.

Outside of house nothing like picture. Garage door rotted at bottom and water lying in puddle in garage from sprinkler coming under garage door. Lots of mosquitoes inside because of this. Landscaping up to front door dead and smells. Inside to the positive big enough to accommodate large group. Plenty of towels and bed linens. Washer and dryer a plus. Had problems with stove twice. Skillets need to be be trashed. Pool was great but had problems with water over heating and got eaten alive with mosquitoes constantly. Walk to beach was approximately 1500 feet one way. Quite a distance with little ones and beach supplies especially when we spent 4to 5 hours a day on the beach. You must have a cooler on wheels, beach cart and tolerate heat well to make it. If you need a bathroom walk fast. The house is just poorly maintained and not reflected in pictures. Also water bugs were found through out the house. The owner was very nice but wasn't honest about location of beach, hearing waves from ocean and seeing the water from house. I wouldn't in all fairness recommend this property to anyone. I don't live like this at home and don't care to be aggravated with someone else's problems when I am on vacation.
