Found this treasure on Internet and owner responded to email promptly. All finances happened smoothly. The condo is perfect! Great view and lots of space. I was very impressed! We visit PCB several times a year and this was our first time staying in this particular condo. We LOVED it. The decor was beautiful and the condo was super clean. We will definately request this unit for future trips. This was a spur of the moment trip and we searched VRBO on the way down to PCB. We must've left voicemails/emails with 8 other units... Ken answered our call immediately and was super friendly and accomodating. Booking this unit was a piece of cake. We arrived late at night at The Summerhouse and was able to check in with no problems. Once we got into the condo it was a welcome sight! It is very well decorated with a very homey feeling. Had a nice palm tree/jungle decor not the typical pink and blue Key West atmosphere. That was nice. The pictures are exactly what the rooms look like. The rooms were large and comfortable and lots of room to spread out. The master bed was very comfortable and with access to the balcony you could open the door and hear the waves crashing on the beach! The second bedroom was perfect for my boyfriend's daughter who was celebrating her 20th birthday at the beach! The condo is on the 9th floor with an easterly view of the beach. Access to the beach is very easy just down the elevator and across the pool area and then you step onto the beach. This condo complex is great if you are looking for a relaxing time without all the chaos and crazy nightlife of the west end of Panama City Beach. It is my favorite area of Panama City, and I think it is the prettiest too. All in all we had a wonderful time and Ken was very accomodating. Once we returned our security deposit was refunded within about 5 days. We will stay there again on our next trip! This is a fabulous place to stay! The condo is spotless, well decorated and quiet because it is on the 9th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. It is not right in the middle of all the activities on the strip, but perfect for a family. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had. The internet access was a little slow, but worked. There was a problem with the elevator one day and we had to trek up and down 9. flights of stairs, but it was good exercise. The pool was perfect and the white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets priceless! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families. It's like home away from home!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Absolute a great condo in a great location. Unit was in excellent condition with a great view of the Gulf and the beach was very kid friendly. Beaches are in excellent condition.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We just returned from the condo and were very pleased. It was exactly as described and very clean with a wondeful view of the water. None of us wanted to leave because it was so comfortable there. We saw several people doing maintanance on the property (cleaning pool etc.) and met two of the security people and several others who worked at the property ,everyone was so very nice and asked if we needed anything. My family and I recently visited Panama City Beach. We found the rental at Summerhouse via the internet and just hoped that the unit was as nice as the picures. Well, we could not have been more pleased with the unit. Everything was perfect....no disappointments whatsoever. The unit had all the amenities....beautiful view and great location if you are looking to have quality family time. We would definitely stay there again. I do believe that because this particular unit is priviately owned it was so very well kept up. These owners were not misleading at all.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.
