Set in a perfect location in this seaside resort, it is just a short walk to the beach, fishing pier, shopping, and restaurants. We also have two 2-bedroom rentals in the same building. So, if you see on our calendar that your dates are not available in this 3-bedroom unit, contact us anyway and ask about our 2-bedroom units. Or, for large family gatherings, rent two or all three of our units at a discount rate.
Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California’s best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and fishing equipment are included.
Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swimwear, surf shops, Kinkos, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public library is only one-half block away.
The many restaurants to sample include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, and Fisherman’s on the pier. Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches.
Apartment has 3 bedrooms with a Cal King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom two, and bunk beds and a twin in the 3rd bedroom, and is fully furnished. There is also a great private wood patio off the master bedroom with BBQ and deck furniture.

Bill and Marsha, Thanks for sharing your home with us. We had a great time shopping in the little shops on Del Mar, dinner and happy hour at the Fisherman's on the pier was great. Found a great Mexican restaurant at the top of Victoria and El Camino Real. Family enjoyed the beach and Boogie boarding though not much waves this week for surfing. Great location an close to the beach. We really enjoyed the patio and BBQ quite relaxing. We hope to come back again next year. ps. Thanks for all the little extras.

Bill and Marsha, Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed the use of your house last week. The kids loved the closeness to the beach and enjoyed trying their hands at boogie boarding. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home! we have had a great time and our children have felt right at home. We live in Wyoming and this is the first time our kids have seen the ocean. Needless to say - we have had a great time at the beach. It was nice to have a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle we went through each day at Disneyland, Sea World, and Medieval Times. The house is great and in such an awesome location. March 1, 2007 It is with fond memories that I write this journal entry regarding our stay at 311 Del Mar Street, Unit A in San Clemente. My husband, boys (eight and ten) and I stayed in the Medina’s beach condo for the month of February, 2007. We had made a GIANT move to England expecting to live there for two to five years. We were back in America after just six weeks, and our home was occupied for the entire month. What a joy and relief it was to return to San Clemente and stay in such a comfortable, well situated, well equipped home. The condo had everything we needed, from a washer and dryer and a garage to store our suitcases, down to a potatoes peeler and a vase for fresh flowers. I had foil, Ziploc bags, laundry detergent and air freshener. It is obvious that they take great care in preparing for each new group of guests to arrive. In closing, I would like to say that I loved the condo mostly because it was easy to stay in. It wasn’t so fancy that I had to worry about the boys breaking things and messing up the carpeting, yet it was clean and comfortable with all that we needed to make it our home for the month. I believe it was incredibly priced as well, and only hope we have the opportunity to enjoy it again in the future. I would highly recommend staying in this spacious condo, so close to the beach and the heart of our lovely community, San Clemente.
