The condominium is located on the second floor, with balcony overlooking the ocean. There is one king-sized bed located in the Master suite with sliding glass doors out onto the patio, one Queen bed in second bedroom and two single extra-long twins in third bedroom, all beautifully appointed with pillowtop mattresses and furnishings. Enjoy the gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining room, living room and patio. All rooms are equipped with TV,VCR/DVD player units to enjoy cable TV. There is also a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer in the condominium. An elevator is located outside for your convenience.
The condominium is a short walk from the Ocean Clubhouse Pool, designed primarily for adults and the livelier Lake Clubhouse with fitness facilities, a family pool, a teen center with entertainment and recreation room. The Jack Nicklaus designed Ocean Hammock Golf Course is available at reduced rates, based on availability.
Cinnamon Beach in Ocean Hammock is conveniently located to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Orlando attractions, and Jacksonville for day trips and sightseeing. Great restaurants and local attractions are plentiful in the Palm Coast area.

We loved the area it was so private and peaceful and just getting away up there for a day or a week is heaven.
The Unique Benefits at this Oceanfront Condominium
We love to walk on the beach, swim at the pool. Also just chillin on the back porch with a glass of wine and the ocean crashing in the background. The Golf course is spectacular and our unit is located very close to the 8th green.

received via email: Yes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo. The weather was good. We had lots of fun both at the pool and at the beach. Everything that we could possibly want or need was found in the condo. Walking up the stairs and being right there was a great help with our dog. We also ate at JTs several times and had some good seafood. Thanks for that tip. Who knows what our plans are for next summer....maybe you will be hearing from us again. Thanks for all your help

Well, the vacation is over and we could not of had a more wonderful vacation thanks to you and your condo. We had a wonderful time. It sure was hard to go back to work this morning and the ole grind.... My husband bought me roses and my neice bought her mother roses before we left for mothers day and we put them in the pitcher and put them on the dining room table for the next tennents or the girl who cleans for you. We met her also.She was cleaning the next door condo and we rode up in the elevator together and I told her we were leaving Sunday. I hope we get to rent it again in the furure. The grounds are fantastic. Well, Just wanted you all to know how much we enjoyed our stay and hope everything was ok with you all when we left. Thanks Again, Pam, Lisa, Harriet and Darrel
