This beautifully remodeled, 1000-square-foot, log-sided home is ideally situated on a full acre of nicely treed land. It is secluded, has views of Pikes Peak, and yet is within walking distance to downtown Woodland Park, Colorado! A very unique location for this area! It also has DirecTV for indoor entertainment as well as a satellite phone to use while staying at our cabin but exploring this beautiful state of Colorado! This home is ideal for a vacation getaway or as a comfortable stay for the business person and his/her family.
Outside, enjoy the hummingbirds and deer from the covered porch or the covered patio. We have a picnic table, gas barbecue grill, and some outdoor games (such as horseshoes and badminton) for allowing mom and dad as well as the kids some enjoyable times outside.
Inside, the house has a beautiful rock fireplace in the living room and huge windows throughout letting the sun and the natural landscape sneak into the house for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There is a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a set of bunk beds in the second bedroom. There are plenty of games, puzzles, books, movies and CD's to help you relax and enjoy the indoors, as well.
Pets may be accepted with additional nightly rental and deposit, depending on the pet(s) being brought. Maximum of 2 pets.

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): This home is a single level rancher but does have narrow doors going into the bathroom not suitable for a wheel chair. Also, the bathroom has a claw-foot tub/shower combination, also not typically suitable for most handicapped people.

- Smoking Not Allowed: All deposits will be forfeited if smoking has been done inside the home or if smoke was allowed to linger into the home. We take this issue very seriously so that ALL of our tenants can enjoy their vacation in a clean environment - including the air quality!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Winter Rates (October-April): $140/night. $900/week. 2 night minimum stay.
Summer Rates: $150/night. $950/week. 3 night minimum stay.
Holiday Rates: $175/night. $1000/week. 4 night minimum stay.
50% rental rate due when reservation placed; balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$100 cleaning fee; Credit card required to cover possible theft/damage issues.
$10/night/pet <50 lbs; $15/night/pet >50 lbs. $100 deposit/pet also required.
No Refunds if cancellation made within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
An additional fee of $25 per person per night over 4 people applies.
