Nearby Fripp Island has world-class golf courses only minutes away. For the culturally minded, the historic town of Beaufort, South Carolina is only 15 minutes away and has evening entertainment, shopping, and some of the best restaurants on the southeast coastline.
Our villa is located on the first floor with master bedroom and living room looking out to the ocean and the condo complex's own private pool. Watch breathless, ocean view sunrises as bunnies play in the manicured lawn just beyond your balcony. In the evening, fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean surf.
This first floor villa has parking just at the entrance, providing convenience and ease of check in. It is incredibly furnished with king-size master bedroom with private bathroom, Ethan Allen furniture, TV, and mirrored door closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size pillow top bed, furnished in rattan, and has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is set up as a suite that can be privately closed off from the other living areas. There is also a living room sleeper sofa with queen-size mattress.
Our villa has the comforts of your own home: renovated, enlarged kitchen work area with all you need to make a gourmet meal. The large living room is joined with a deck that provides you one of the best ocean views on the island.

Leonard Pezzano and I purchased this lovely condo on Harbor Island, SC in 1997. Since that time we have worked diligently to toally renovate and update the unit so that it would be our, and hopefully your, home away from home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely updated with all new applicances and fixtures; imported Italian tile installed in the entry foyer and hallway, bathrooms and kitchen; new carpet for the living room and bedrooms; new washer and dryer for your convenience; and an extensive library of video and dvd's for your entertainment. Many of our guests are repeats because of our meticulous attention to detail and our constant improvement of the property for your comfort and enjoyment. We hope you enjoy staying at our island retreat as much as we do!
