The tropical palapa roof coverings over the kitchen and living room accent the infinity pool/patio area where you will spend 95% of your time. The home sits approximately 20 feet above sea level and looks down on the crystal clear waters of Pontoquito Bay. You have your own private walkway to the beach below.
The five bedrooms are setup as follows: The very private Master Suite sits just above the bay and infinity pool. It has a king-size bed and a huge bathroom set in a tropical garden. You will enjoy its outdoor jacuzzi tub and its indoor/outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and a large bathroom with shower. This room has its own private garden.
The third bedroom is a Junior Suite with two double beds and a large bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This suite has its own private terrace and incredible views of both the bay and the mountains. The fouth bedroom is set up for families with young kids. It has two bunk beds,a queen bed and a large bathroom. It also has its own terrace overlooking the bay. The fifth bedroom has a pull-out queen bed and a full bath. This room has both ocean and mountain views.
The property has a married couple, Clemente and Sarafina, who reside on the property and take care of cooking, maid service and maintenance.
