This gorgeous "ALL" elegantly furnished luxury 2bd/2ba condo @ North Coast Village in Oceanside, California is the place to be. San Diego County has all of the luxuries of home. Our beautiful and tropical complex is the only such complex that sits right on the BEACH.
This beautiful 2 bdrm condo with loft has been newly remodeled from kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets to upscale bathrooms. Sleep comfort has always been important to me when I travel and therefore I like to provide the same for my guests. 3 Plasma TV's with DVD and stereo system. Some of my guests have even commented that my beds are more comfortable than their own. The view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking, you have the best views of the ocean close up.
The grounds at North Coast Village are groomed to perfection and you will love the Koi Ponds that sit beneath the lovely stilted homeowners office. There are small streams and ponds throughout the complex and it truly feels as though you are in a tropical paradise. You can relax at the pool or take long walks on the beautifully maintained Oceanside beaches.
The ocean view balcony has a nice BBQ and table for dining outside or inside the condo.
The complex is also five minutes from Camp Pendleton and Legoland and as we are located midway between San Diego and Los Angeles, Disneyland, Sea World, Our "WORLD" famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park are ALL within an hours drive.
Now you can walk down to the harbor or pier, do a little shopping or a little dining, we have some of the finest seafood restaurants in San Diego County. Fish from the Oceanside Pier or eat at Ruby's diner, a 50's restaurant with malts and hamburgers, just like the "Happy Days".
The outside amphitheatre is in full swing during peak summer season for concerts and special events.
Ever been to Mexico? This is your big chance....Tijuana is a great place to shop and barter to your hearts content all just 45 minutes drive south, go down a little further to visit the famous "Rosarito Beach Hotel" and more. You can either drive your car to the border and take a bus to the local shopping areas or drive and park your car in a secured lot on Revelucion by the Tijuana Tilly's Restaurant.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

I retired from 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service, after a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village. After seeing the complex and the possibilities plus the need for a good cleaning service,I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients has been encouraging me to handle their bookings, I decided to start full time as a rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. The condo was in an excellent condition. Especially helpful were the information files with hints where to find restaurants, shopping facilities etc. The description was accurate. And as the wheather turned out to be as nice as the condo, we had a wonderful time. We would recommend the condo without hesitation. Although we met our host Pamela very briefly we always felt sure we could have asked her anything had it become necessary

Dear Pam, This place was so great! I'm so glad I came and was able to write about my experience. I got to see the ocean for the first time and spending the vacation with the love of my life. Everyone was really friendly here and the weather was cool yet hot which made the ocean refreshing. The room was amazing and beautiful. There were alot of exciting things to do as well. I got a cute top at the festival that they have every thursday right up the street from the pier, and the San Diego Gas Lamp district is a spot for the night life where I culd enjoy my first week of being 21! Dear Pamela, We had a wnderful time in spite of the cloudy weather. We had visited Legoland, Disney land, watched seals n the la jolla shores, had a fun filled dining experience at ruby's on the pier, and had the mst wonderful time watching the dolphins at sunset! My husband, 3 year old daughter and myself stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2010. The accommodations were wonderful, very well decorated and located right on the beach. The grounds were immaculate and the staff very friendly. Pamela was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We are all looking forward to our next visit, which will be as soon as we can. We came from Australia and loved this condo! Pamela was very helpful to us as well. It was up to 100 degrees then rained last 2 days here. Lovely! We met some nice people Lyndsey and Joe, we went to Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Diego. The Zoo, Grand Canyon, Helicopter, Black Canyon Rafting, Padres vs Cubs, Universal Studios and many restaurants. Seeing our son again for the first time in 2 years was the best part, Thanks!

The weather was amazing cool yet hot which made the ocean very refreshing. NCV C-310 is an amazing room and loved all of the mirrors. Loved the sand stuff to play with. My boyfriend and his parents bonding time was awesome LOL. Everyone was so friendly here! Especially the guy who asked to take a picture of my boyfriend for his sand merman. LOL We enjoyed seeing the ocean for the first time, spending my first vacation with the love of my life and getting to meet his parents. The most memorable event was dropping my purse in the Koi Pond and almost had a breakdown thinking it was gone but they got it out for me or I woulnd't have gone home. LOL We went to the San Diego Gas Lamp district to check out the night lifw and enjoy my first week of being 21 and the train ride. This place is so great and I'm so glad I came and was able to stay in this beautiful room and write my experience in this book. I just also wanted to sharw how much I love my boyfirend and I know I am going to marry him, cheezy I know buy I am forever a hopeless romantic and just wanted to say it was the best birthday I have ever had. We drove down from Redlands, CA not too far about a 2 hour drive. It was 108 when we left and what an awesome relief North Coast Village and this condo C-310 is so beautiful, our grandsons live here and Pamela was right when she said it had everything we would need and then some. We had so much fun, fishing early in the morning, GREAT pizza at Dominics in the Marina and visiting our grandchildren. Cant wait to come back and we will defineltey look you up Pamela as you are truly Paradise by the Sea.

Dear Pamela, We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our 11 day holiday in San Diego. The beds are cozy and being so close to the beach was wonderful. The sound of the ocean was very relaxing. The complex is beautiful Flora and Faina is well kept and the staff here is really friendly. The mirror in the upstairs bathroom sheds at least 20 lbs off your body, fabulous! The weather was perfect, not a rainy day, so we were out every waking moment. It was so easy to get around Oceanside and San Diego as a whole, made for easy travel. Our tourist destination never disappointed all very large and a full days worth of activities, a wee bit pricey, but lots of bang for your buck! Pamela is wonderful and very accommodating, any trouble was addressed immediately, beautiful energy! We will be back one day and will recommend San Diego, North Coast Village and of course "Paradise by the Sea" .org (Pamela) to all of our friends and family. Regretfully must go back home but we will leave with wonderful memories and we'll take some sunshine home with us in our hearts. Thanks Again Pamela, Jessica, Mike, Sloan and Morgan
