This gorgeous 'ALL' elegantly furnished luxury 2bd/2ba condo @ North Coast Village in Oceanside, California is the place to be. San Diego County has all of the luxuries of home. Our beautiful and tropical complex is the only such complex that sits right on the BEACH.
This beautiful 2 bdrm condo with loft has been newly remodeled from kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets to upscale bathrooms. Sleep comfort has always been important to me when I travel and therefore I like to provide the same for my guests. 3 Plasma TV's with DVD and stereo system. Some of my guests have even commented that my beds are more comfortable than their own. The view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking, you have the best views of the ocean close up.
The grounds at North Coast Village are groomed to perfection and you will love the Koi Ponds that sit beneath the lovely stilted homeowners office. There are small streams and ponds throughout the complex and it truly feels as though you are in a tropical paradise. You can relax at the pool or take long walks on the beautifully maintained Oceanside beaches. I do let all of my potential guests know that we do not have A/C at North Coast Village mainly due to the age of the complex, we do however have ceiling fans and tower fans throughout. We rarely need it since we are on the beach and it cools don significantly at night.
The ocean view balcony has a small nice BBQ, a few months ago the fire dept decided we could no longer have 5 gallon propane tanks so instead of banning them all together we are allowed 1 gallon tanks which meant smaller BBQ. Many of my owners chose not to replace them due to expense but I let them know it is a special treat for our guests, therefore they agreed to replace them. The guests will however be responsible for bringing their own propane. You can purchase them at Home Depot or Walmart for approx 6 for $11.00. There is a table for dining outside or inside the condo.
The complex is also five minutes from Camp Pendleton and Legoland and as we are located midway between San Diego and Los Angeles, Disneyland, Sea World, Our 'WORLD' famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park are ALL within an hours drive.
Now you can walk down to the harbor or pier, do a little shopping or a little dining, we have some of the finest seafood restaurants in San Diego County. Fish from the Oceanside Pier or eat at Ruby's diner, a 50's restaurant with malts and hamburgers, just like the 'Happy Days'.
The outside amphitheatre is in full swing during peak summer season for concerts and special events.
Ever been to Mexico? This is your big chance....Tijuana is a great place to shop and barter to your hearts content all just 45 minutes drive south, go down a little further to visit the famous 'Rosarito Beach Hotel' and more. You can either drive your car to the border and take a bus to the local shopping areas or drive and park your car in a secured lot on Revelucion by the Tijuana Tilly's Restaurant.

After seeing the complex and the possibilities plus the need for a good cleaning service,I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients has been encouraging me to handle their bookings, I decided to start full time as a rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. The Unique Benefits at this Condo: All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!
