Our Condominium at Sandestin Resort is a very special 12th floor Gulf Front unit with two bedrooms, two baths. It easily sleeps four to six. The view is SPECTACULAR! Beachside One is one of the four Gulf front high-rise buildings that are the closest units to the Gulf in all of Destin.
This unit has been completely remodeled with a new fully equipped kitchen. This NON-SMOKING unit has a large balcony just right for watching the sun sets.
It has a living room, dining room, master bedroom with king-size bed and large walk-in closet. An additional bedroom is provided and equipped with a: Queen-size bed, TV, VCR/DVR, and attached bathroom.
Beachside One is located in possibly the best spot in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
This condominium has a kitchen completely outfitted with everything you need, eat-in bar, plus a dining area with table seating four. Also, table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying the gorgeous views including the beach and the sunsets!
Sandestin Resort is by far one of the most beautiful resorts in all of Northwest Florida. The (Sandestin Resort) Village at Baytowne Wharf is like a family oriented version of New Orleans and Seaside beach community all rolled into one.
There are free movies and concerts on-the-green many nights of the year, and a multitude of specialty shops and restaurants such as Acme Oyster House, which moved from New Orleans to Baytowne Wharf. There are water taxis, art, music and much more for the entire family. Kids do not forget Joelee Island's awesome tree house!

We have been coming to Sandestin since 1993. We have such memorable moments of our time spent here at the resort. We have taken such pleasure in watching our children enjoy the resort from toddler age through adulthood. The resort just gets better every year! The resort is perfect for all ages. Beach activities, golf, tennis, shopping, dining, nightlife or just spending quiet evenings on the balcony watching sunsets makes our unit at Sandestin a very special place to take some time away from work & school. Remember work to live dont live to work!

There is no reason to ever leave the resort once you have settled into our condo. The resort village has over 20 restaurants with a wide variety of cuisine. Daily live music at the beach and village provide great entertainment for all. With a Publix grocery store, outlet malls and shopping within 2 miles why would you go anywhere else?!

The condo needs updates. blinds were broken, floor sunk in in master bedroom, whole in wall in master bedroom, poor lighting, need better tvs, remotes did not work, not enough towels and wash cloths, the housekeeping staff did not do a good job of cleaning the condo. it was very out dated......liked the resort but not this room. I would recommend the location of this resort, the beaches were great, wonderful shopping, many good restaurants.

4th of July 2010- NO OIL and BEST CONDO EVER!!!

This condo was decorated amazingly and the views beautiful! We were meeting up with our entire family for our first of what we hope to be an annual Destin 4th of July trip. Hands down we had the nicest condo of our party. Everyone was jealous. The condo was super spacious and we felt like we were at home. Plenty of room for our two young children to play and nothing to get hurt on. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the beaches were still gorgeous and there was no oil, tar balls, etc for our 4th of July stay! Highly recommend and Lori and Dave are friendly, helpful, and professional. Loved the keyless entry too!!!! Thanks for a wonderful time. We will be back!

WOW what a condo! We loved it. Great area, access to a tremendous amount of actitivy. (golf, dancing, dinning, deep sea fishing, tennis, beach, etc., etc. Awesome beach with sand like sugar. We would highly recommend this location.
