SurfSong Beach Villa, as seen on YouTube, is an immaculately maintained deluxe villa located about 170 feet from the world famous, three and a half mile, Treasure Cay crescent beach. The beach was named one of the world's ten best by National Geographic magazine.
SurfSong Villa was professionally decorated by Sharon Stiansen and is a spacious 1600 feet with two master suites, each with private baths, fully equiped kitchen, comfortable living area, as well as a separate sunroom with hide-a-bed couch and half bath.
This is a great place to get away, beach comb, swim, dive, sail, golf, play tennis and/or relax and read a book. You can take great side trips to out islands including Green Turtle, Elbow Cay and Man o' War.
Many of these small cays (islands) have picturesque villages like Hope Town, and New Plymouth. These villages were settled by British Loyalists over 200 years ago and have a unique, romantic charm. They are only a short boat ride away by ferry or you can rent a boat and go exploring on your own.
Diving and snorkeling are world class. The 18-hole golf course has been named "one of the best in the Bahamas" by GOLF magazine.
The bone fishing on the Abaco flats is world class. On an average day with a good guide you will see scores of fish, on a great day you will see hundreds. Excellent deep sea fishing is also available. Check at the marina for charters. If you plan to bone fish bring your own equipment and book your guide well in advance.
Fishing guides, dive and snorkling trips as well as boat and golf cart rentals can be arranged through the Treasure Cay Marina.

- Twin/Single Bed : There are 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, they can be put together with a kit that makes them into a King bed. The guest bedroom with the twin beds set up as a king is like a second master bedroom. The guest bath has two sinks and there is a large closet.
- Convertible Bed : There is a queen sized hide-a-bed in the sun room.

- Beach View : Our property is located about 100' from the beach. You can not see the water because of the natural beach doon and beach grass between the villa and the beach. There is a white sand path leading directly to the water. Most of our guests consider it beachfront. (You can hear the waves breaking on the shore from the master bedroom. Hence the name "Surfsong")

- Telephone : Our Villa has a phone which is for local calls and incoming international calls only. It can be used to call outside the Bahamas in an emergency.
- Broadband Internet : The villa has a broadband connection which is generally available. However island connections can sometimes go down so it may not always be working.

- We are very close to the beach, about 100 ft. The beach is visible from the villa but the beach doon prevents seeing the water from ground level. Because it is so close to the beach with a white sand path leading directly to the water, most of our guests consider it to be beachfront.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We chose this unit because it is about twice the floor space of most of the other villas in the complex. We also like the convenience of the washer and dryer, and the spacious double lot which our villa sits on. There are 14 palm trees on our property and we are only about 170' from the beach.

We fell in love with Treasure Cay several years ago and bought our villa, SurfSong in 2003. We enjoy the ocean and the quiet ambiance of the community. My wife and I both like to walk on the beach, fish, and ride our bikes there.

We liked the CD music selection and the collection of DVD movies kept us entertained in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped, as well. We didn't need the AC, but it's nice to know there was one available. The location is great, with the beach path right out the door. This property has one of the largest lots in the development and is nicely landscaped. We used the outdoor grill several times. The property has WiFi and free phone service to the US, but these two features never worked for us during our stay. Overall, a great property that made our vacation go smoothly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I have just returned from the most beautiful white sand beach and amazing aqua water that I have ever seen. This beach is less than a 2 minute walk out of the front door of SurfSong. The house was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing with all of the amenities from hair dryers to beach towels to flashlights for walks on the beach at night. I felt very safe there and found the neighbors in the Villas and the people of Treasure Cay to be very friendly. I received excellent suggestions and directions from the owners which helped make my vacation much more relaxing. I cannot wait to return to SurfSong and will recommend this Villa to all of my special friends and family.

This beach villa is big enough to house your entire family and unlike many of the other beach villas in Treasure, it has all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and easy. Washer/dryer is a big one, but by far the biggest plus is the large kitchen and dining area. There aren't many dining options on Treasure so you need a nice kitchen to cook up the fantastic fish, lobster and conch you get on the island. The villa also has a great sun patio for lying out, grilling or reading.
