This charming corner row house apartment is a historic renovated corner barbershop, where you will enjoy a private entrance, 700 square feet of sunny living space with high ceilings, full sunlight through large windows that face east and south, and organic surroundings.

There is a bus stop on the block, and it is a ten-minute walk to the orange-line metro at Eastern Market and only one stop to the Capitol and the beginning of the Smithsonian Mall. Take a ten to twenty minute walk to a variety of neighborhoods (including Barracks Row, Eastern Market, Pennsylvania Ave and more) that offer shops, restaurants, and services. If you love to walk, take a leisurely stroll through the historic houses and gardens of East Capitol Street and arrive at the doorstep of the Capitol. We also offer bicycles at no charge-- a fun way to tour the city, if you are so inclined!

Step outside to stroll the quiet, charming, and safe neighborhood, or picnic on our large grassy yard amidst the scent of lilacs and forsythia.
