We couldn't have expected a more gorgeous beach house. With 6 of us including a set of grandparents and 2 kids, it met our needs perfectly. There is a path to the beach directly across from the property but you end up of top of a huge sand dune. So, walk a short distance (5 min at most) to the public access that has a ramp for the large wagon provided at the property. We enjoyed eating at Pizza by the Sea (esp. with kids), Old Florida Fishhouse, and The Great Southern Cafe (Seaside). The descriptions are very accurate but the photos don't do justice to the view. The third floor porch view is amazing. The only complaint we had was that the house was not clean at check-in time. We had to wait an hour and a half to get in the house. (cleaning service issue, not owner) We would definitely stay here again and and would recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented many times in the area. Most claim to have a gulf views with only a minimal views. This one has beautiful views. Easy to get to the beach and has an on-duty lifeguard and bathrooms. We loved just relaxing on the patio in the morning and the afternoons. The pool is spacious and private. It always had a nice breeze. Great place and good value. Close by everything. . The owners were extremely helpful, as well. We will be back!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
